This is a great place for the casual traveler or those who will be on the go a lot. A restaurant (7a-11p, or close to it) adjoins the hotel, but they are two separate establishments. The Tram Line 2 stops less than one block from the hotel, so save your cab fare from the airport, as the tram is only 1.5 Euros (it is a slight pain to register for an account to purchase and use tickets from your mobile). The hotel has a small elevator and a wide staircase. I spent three nights there and only randomly encountered other guests. Some property notes: phone the property from outside the door to be let in as the front (street) door is always locked. When you get a key, one is to the room and the other is to the front door, which makes the place very secure. The lobby has some beach toys and chairs to use, and since the beach is really large pebbles, you definitely want something to sit on (I took a blanket from the room). The old school manager is very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable about the area; ask for a walking map, it's quite helpful. Amore Gelato is delicious, a few blocks away; there are two supermarkets within two blocks, lots of small eateries, and the tram will take you downtown to the throng of restaurants, shops, and the mall. Nice is very navigable by public transit--the Chagall and Matisse museums can be reached by the 67 bus. The Parc Phoenix was a disappointment (it was definitely suffering from the heat), but Monaco and Monte Carlo more than made up for it.

Fint - lidt slidt hotel - med fantastisk udsigt

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed tæt på stranden med en fantastisk udsigt over Middelhavet. Lidt afstand til Centrum (stadig gåafstand), men meget tæt på metro og gode betalbare parkeringsmuligheder i nærheden. Hotellet var slidt, men der var rent på værelserne.

Helt greit hotell

Positivt: Veldig fin utsikt fra balkongen. Tog rett utenfor døren, veldig enkelt å bruke for å komme seg til byen og flyplassen. Strand like ved. God service, føltes trygt. Negativt: Skittent og gammelt. Støy fra veien utenfor og naborom, måtte sove med ørepropper.

Was an okay stay, but check in is very very late (4pm??) and check out was super early (10:30 am???) which was the main downside. Also the entrance is always locked so you have to call owner to enter. The rooms were nice, nothing too fancy - worth the price. I asked for flowers which the owner tried his best - Altho he charged 20€ for this which it was not worth it. Nice views from the room, good for sunrise No toilets to use AFTER check out. Which was very annoying considering how early we have to check out

Great location with tram and bus stop nearby

Airport shuttle no longer available so not knowing about the trams, ended up being stung for 40 euros for a 5 min taxi ride. Receptionist guy quite helpful but could have been more so, considering we'd never been there, he was very vague. Room very simple and not very good shower, but bed good and we were out mostly anyway.

Älteres Hotel, preisgünstig - Preis/Leistung OK.

Das Hotel ist bequem vom Airport mit dem Tram 2 erreichbar. Haltestelle Magnan. Neben dem Hotel hat es ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit gutem Morgenessen und auch sonst ein breites Angebot. Das Hotel ist älter sprich in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht und merkt man überall. ABER die Betten sind in Ordnung und die Zimmer sind sauber (sogar unter dem Bett). Die Repetition bzw. der ganze Betrieb wird von einer Person plus Reinigungsfachkraft betrieben. Wenn niemand da ist, gibt es am Eingang ein Telefon. Innerhalb von 10min kommt jemand. Kaffe & Croissant gibt es für Euro 8.00. Wir empfehlen das Restaurant. Für den Preis (recht preisgünstig) stimmt das Angebot.

Virkelig ringe hotel og service.

Den service i beskriver i jeres annonce, lever langt fra op til virkeligheden. Alt ud over en seng, linned og håndklæder skulle man bede om. Rengøring er ikke noget man bruger tid på. Her mener jeg de kollektive arealer. Værelserne for man at vide ved indtjekning ikke bliver rengjort. Men det bliver de åbenbart heller ikke imellem. Kan i det hele taget kun anbefales som et B&B.

Zentral gelegen (Strand, Promenade, Tram Haltestelle, Altstadt, usw.), Meerblick. Hotel/Einrichtung etwas verbraucht, Balkontüre konnte man nicht schliessen, dadurch etwas laut. Frühstück kann man sich sparen, unten im Gebäude hat es ein Kaffee/Restaurant. Gutes Hotel für ein Weekend Städte trip.

Très bien situé, sur la promenade des Anglais, cela a du charme! - Accueil excellent. Propre et écologique. Chambre très propre. Par contre mal isolé, on entend tous les bruits et même le ronflement de la personne qui dort dans la chambre d'à côté.

Very good location just 2 minutes from the beach. Small but OK rooms, thin walls though so you clearly heard your neighboor. Didn't order breakfast in the room, no other option, so we went to a local bar and had it.

Godt beliggende lille hotel med fin service. Lidt slidt i kanterne, men super udsigt fra balkonen. Billig transportmulighed både til lufthavnen og til havnen næsten lige uden for døren. Og bager med de bedste croissanter lige rundt om hjørnet :-)

Établissement vétuste, service déplorable. Une personne pour plus de 60 chambres. Impossible de laisser une valise en consigne, tarif du petit déjeuner prohibitif 8€. Certe, le prix est attractif pour la saison mais quand même ! À éviter.

Wir haben uns schon beim Empfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr sympathischer ,freundlicher Gastgeber hat uns begrüßt und umfassend Auskunft erteilt. Wir hatten für den nächsten Tag Frühstück bestellt und es wurde uns von der ebenso sympathischen und freundlichen Vermieterin auf dem Balkon serviert. Großartig mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir wollten nicht jeden Tag neue Handtücher bzw. komplette Reinigung .Das machen wir zuhause auch nicht und es schont die Umwelt und wir benutzen das hoteleigene Seifenstück bis zum Ende und lassen uns nicht jeden Tag ein neues hinlegen.Uns hat die Freundlichkeit und der Service des gesamten Personals sehr gefallen ebenso die tolle Lage und man hatte nachts die Außenjalousien zum Verdunkeln. Wir waren in der 6.Etage und haben vom Verkehr beim Schlafen nichts gemerkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder in dieses Hotel wenn wir in Nizza sind.

위치 최고입니다

위치 최고 트램바로옆 바다바로옆 조금걸으면 마트있고 정말좋습다. 룸은 건물 자체가 오래된느낌이지만 상당히 관리가 잘되었고 깨끗하게 치워주십니다 정말 좋아요
