You get what you pay for. A quiet little place right outside of the main Niagara hotels. An easy walk to any of the attractions. The cons- rooms need some upkeep. There was mold on the ceilings of the bathroom and a few appliances were broken in the room/ bathroom.

Disappointed with one night stay. My Auntie got bed bugs bite. She didn't noticed til she started itching both her arms got red bites up to her left neck. Also the air-condition had that loud sound that we couldn't sleep. I ended up shutting it down almost morning just to keep it cool inside. I tried the breakfast they were descent its just that the boiled eggs has a different taste seems like it must have been cooked for few days. The price was reasonable but not coming back.

I'll start with the good ... clean, great staff, comfy bed, lovely pool area. Now the not so good, the paper thin walls made sleeping almost impossible. The noise coming from other rooms was unacceptable and kept us up almost all night! You could hear people just walking around, and I mean every single step, and ANY other noise, like someone dropping something was like a huge bang. The bed frames are made of tin so if you accidentally hit it with your foot, it was crazy loud. We did complain the first day and the children who were next door DID quiet down but if you are on the bottom of the 2 story part of the building, be prepared for excessive noise!
