Only problem we had was the maid coming in early in the morning, walking right into our room!! This happened not once but twice as we were trying to sleep. She didn’t even knock at all!!!! Then a third time the maid came again. This time she at least knocked and I said we didn’t need anything. Other the. That we had a great stay.

Hidden charges.
This hotel was in the process of changing names during our stay. The sign outside the place wasn't what we were looking for so we drove by. Not a big deal.
As I said hidden charges. $12 + tax a night for parking. It's worth it when you see the other prices places charge but would of been nice to know. No breakfast included $8 a per person plus tax per morning. Not the best breakfast but not the worst. Fixed menu only two options. No refrigerator in room, which is partly my fault for not being aware, but they do not offer a movable one, so we had to upgrade out room $20 more per night.
Great location for walking all around downtown. My fiancee had left one of her bags in the lobby. Luckily enough someone had returned it and no items were taken. We are very grateful for that.
They took a photocopy and a ink copy of my credit card, for deposit reasons, understandable. This credit card I used was designated for our whole trip. I used it many times all using the chip and no way for someone to steal the information. Except the hotel. We stayed Saturday through Monday. And I wake up Tuesday morning to a fraudulent charge notification for $14 with Amazon. They are the only ones who had my information copied down as I said. This highly inconvenienced my trip in which I had to cancel that card now. I am not blaming them directly but as I said they are the only ones to have a copy, everything else has been chip and card never has left my sight.

Less than impressed
The shower made a high pitch noise like a whistling tea kettle that even woke up the people in the next room. The chair at the desk had a leg so loose it could not be used until I tightened it. The remote for the TV only had one battery so it was unusable.
The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lacking a fridge but they did have a functioning ice machine so we were able to make do. The room was clean enough but the bathroom needed some work and some of the furniture had seen better days. Wifi did not work at the far end of the courtyard, but to be fair, I didn't bring it to their attention. All in all it was a pleasant stay, would stay again.
The room we stayed in was non smoking, however as soon as you opened the door it smelled like an ashtray inside. I assume these rooms were previously allowed to have people smoking?
Everything was wonderful our first day there. We had dinner downstairs at Applebees which was great... Then the next day we went down to have breakfast and there was no one in the dining area... no one.. we waited for 10 minutes and the only staff we saw came in with another person and sat down to talk.... no one.. we stayed 5 more minutes.. no staff... To me this affected my stay. The Hotel staff was great. I would stay there again.
it is perfect location close to all entertainment activities and to the waterfall.
breakfast IS not included , u have to order it for 7.99 $.
the dinner an is not in the hotel but it is very close restaurant.
the staff was nice and they are ready to help.
the parking should u pay 12 $ for whole day.
there is tow kinds of rooms, one in high building, the others at tow stories building behind the high one, usual u will be at is if u have promotional discount price. if u want room in the high building u have to pay extra 80 $ for that.
the IC in rooms is not splint SPLIT IC kind. so u can hear noisy IC.
I think it is good choice for sleeping ,but the price is high for TWO stars hotel. u will get receipts by Email in next days. Thanks.
Enjoy.

Great location, friendly staff, poor air air conditioning unit made for an uncomfortable night
We booked the room from Courtyard area and it looks like a motel. Great for visitors who don't care for cleaness, just to sleep cheaper price. I have a baby girl so not clean enough. The carpets are dirty. The services was great, location was amazing. Next time I will make sure I book the room 201 to 205 from main hotel with a balcony.

The staff was very friendly and it was in a good location. Our room was located in an area that is not easily accessible for those with lesser mobility. The room is also very warn down with huge stains on the carpet, peeling wallpaper and bathtub etc.
No quck or easy way to move your luggage to your room. We were courtyard & many steps. Definitely not good for disabled people. ...or to get luggage to your room!
We thought we would be in the hotel not the motel. They say courtyard view but it is a parking lot view. The air conditioner was turned off becauss heat was needed and it smelled so bad like it was on fire. Then there was a bachelor party on the Sat and we didnt sleep on night. We would like our money back for that night please.
The location was great but not at all what we were thinking.
Well the shower was clogged which is gross and even more gross being in a hotel room, the taps for the shower were backwards so my girl took a cold shower not knowing they were backwards, they're were chips and wrappers on the floor beside the beds and night stand and the bed had to have been from the 70's you could feel the springs, very uncomfortable. Oh and what's with the not having a bar fridge/microwave in rooms anymore?
