Location is excellent. The hotel is very unique and we loved the balcony and pool. Hotel staff were excellent and bed/towels were clean. But, it is old and run down. They are starting Renovations though. I will definitely come back with the family after the renovations. The two bedroom suite with balcony was excellent for us !

Nice location, close to Clifton hill. Renovations were happening when we were there so the property was not in the best shape. Breakfast could be better, was the same, plain omelet, meat patty, breads, bagels, cereals etc. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the balcony facing the interior of the hotel. Would stay again.

Room was clean but well used and outdated. When you shut the bathroom door the light cover moves and makes a loud noise which at first scared my daughter. I had a wonderful stay. Although outdated, the bedroom and bathroom were perfectly well-taken care of and of hotel standards. Love the pool, although small it's a nice addition. The sauna is not too hot, but don't expect much. The breakfast was great, and the service amazing. Parking included and close to the Fall's attractions! Perfect budget-friendly hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the family room with two bedrooms. This allowed my kids to go to bed in the other room and we could stay up much later. We loved the balcony and it was an easy walk to the Fallsview Waterpark. The free parking was good and they allowed us to park even after checkout as we explored the area. The only feedback was that the breakfast had limited gluten free options. It would have been nice if there were bananas/fruit or yogurt. Overall, for the price and location, we enjoyed the hotel. Certain floors are under construction but it didn't affect our stay. The majority of the hotel needs some renovations but this didn't bother us.
