Very good location for the price. The hotel is big, so expect a lot of guests going around, but it's a quiet place to stay. Plenty of parking spaces for a fee and good amenities.

Our family recently stayed at this hotel for the first time, and it exceeded our expectations! They offered activities for all ages, which was perfect for our family of six. We have four kids, ages 16, 15, 12, and 9, and every one of them stayed entertained the entire time. As parents, we were able to relax and unwind while knowing the kids were safe, having fun, and enjoying themselves. The hotel was incredibly family-friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there was something for everyone. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This was a great hotel for kids. Pool was wonderful and we were surprised there were also change/shower rooms open the same hours as the pool. Arcade is a bit small but there is a plenty big one at Clifton Hills. The restaurant is solid. It was a bit hard to cross the street to Tim Hortons and I'm not sure I'd walk very far at night, but we felt very safe in the hotel. A little sad to learn they were taken off the WeGo bus route this past year but the drive is very short to the falls.

Great place for a golf trip or with the family. Lots of great restaurants, nearby stores, and close to the downtown core. Rooms could use a bit of love and upgrades (bathrooms in particular), but definitely decent. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and fully functioning. My only concern was the fact that this Best Western charges $20 per night for parking. This fee wasn't disclosed when I booked the room. I doubt if I will ever return.
