Stayed in two different rooms both a deluxe and supreme. Supreme was not worth the extra money as the “balcony” is non existent and you can’t actually sit out there. Otherwise really good location close to the beach, comfy pillows, and the free breakfast was decent too

사진과 매우 다르니 선택시 고려하세요 협소한 골목 안쪽에 있고 대단한 뷰를 기대한 건 아니지만 앞쪽에 공사중인 건물만 보이네요 10층에 묵었는데 엘베가 9층까지 있구요ㅜ 전반적으로 위치가 너무 별로인거지 관리나 서비스는 가격에 딱 맞아요

Rude staff

Stayed here last week and really struggled with some of the staff. The staff often times sleeping (allowing anyone to walk in and have access to the hotel), playing computer games, browsing Facebook etc. Woman working at the front desk was extremely rude on multiple occasions and insisted we could not check in until 2PM (after arriving at 5AM and being asked to wait until 6:30AM when someone who spoke English would be ther). We booked the room and she wouldn't let us check in. Despite the rude encounter w her and disappointment with the other staff, I did have two positive encounters. First, when I needed fresh sheets, two gentlemen from the hotel helped to put on fresh sheets (after the rude female Receptionist rudely told them to do so), and at our checkout on Thursday May 11th, the female receptionist (different one) was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was fairly clean but shower / tub was not properly sealed and the entire floor was wet.

Not recommended

The staff was very confused and didn't seem to know what they were doing half the time. They tried to charge us for the room allthough we had allready paid, check in and checkout was slow and confused, and the staffs english was very poor so it was Hard to communicate. They did try Hard though and were friendly. The building is very near the beach by the old airport, so in that sense it's a good location. But if you want a sea view you'll be disapointed. It's located behind other buildings so you see nothing of The water. Breakfast buffé was okay. The airconditioner didn't really work properly (or was some cheap or weak model) so it was way to hot in our room. Therefor it was Hard to sleep.

Nice and quiet hotel

The hotel is set back from the main road which makes it nice and quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable, a little smaller than others we have stayed in.

Staff are the biggest let down of this hotel. Most are miserable (2 fellas in kitchen smile, as do bellboys) Standard room tiny, you can only get out of 1 side of the bed, no where for cases except on dressing table. We got used to it but wouldn't go back. Unfortunately we had 12 nights here.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this new property but unfortunately there aren't any rooms with a view, even though it says there is. There is construction in the front as well as on the side of the property, which can be noisy and doesn't alow for naps in the afternoon. We booked a room with a balcony and mountain view but apparently if you have a balony then you can't have a mountain view, so be careful when booking. Our balcony room was next to the contruction sight and we couldn't opent he door because of all the dust and noise. We requested to move rooms and only after insisting did they change us. The front desk were nice and helpful. overall it's a good place for price and location. Id come back but only after the construction is over with.

호텔이 골목 안에 위치하고 앞 건물에 공사를 진행하고 있어 습하고 먼지가 많았습니다. 특히 에어컨에 곰팡이가 많은 등 객실의 청결 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 해변 쪽에 위치하긴 했지만 해변은 전혀 보이질 않았습니다. 전체적으로 추천하고 싶진 않네요.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, DO NOT STAY HERE.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst hotel we have come across in Vietnam, and would very much say avoid at all costs, here are the reasons why: 1) Staff generally are unfriendly/unknowledgeable (there are one or two exceptions) and that is a shame as everywhere else we have stayed the Vietnamese people have been super. 2) There is a hotel being built directly in front, thus blocking most of the view rooms on one side. 3) Building work is noisy day and night. 4) We had no hot water and no water at all for some part of our stay. 5) Air conditioning in the rooms was poor, and would automatically shut off. 6) To top it off, on discovering that one of the straps on the hotel flip flops had come loose, instead of the staff apologising and sorting it out, they CHARGED us for "DAMAGE". Despite stating that this was a reflection of poor quality footwear rather than it being the fault of the user, we were still charged. This final incident sums up everything that is wrong with Golden Time Hotel.
