"All was going well on arrival. Showed flight details for the following day Free inc Airport transfer but following day guy on desk said I had to pay and said he’d ordered. He stated I had said I would sort out my own the previous day. I did not! Seems like a scam when I had already discussed the day before. I ordered my own Grab. Only booked this hotel as I free transfer to airport without any supposed hassle! Poor service."

"The breakfast is a choice of one item (ie: bread, jam and omelette being what i chose), I never saw a spa. The room had deep cleaning issues. the staff were lovely. "

"Very frekindly and efficient staff. Airport pick up and drop were on time and easy to set up by whatsapp. However, it would be better if it was a two-way pick yp and drop off. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel provides cheaper transport than Grab which is very helpful. However, bathrooms were woefully small. Also, there should be provision for in-room safe and USB charging. "

"Even though it is close to the airport, the area surrounding the hotel is run down. There is a dearth of good eating places nearby. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. The jetted tub in the bathroom and the massage chair in the lobby was a great addition. "

"Arrived around 10pm and it was no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have done anything more for you. The room was exactly as described. Clean and modern. Check out was easy and breakfast was really good. A selection of dishes then fruit for dessert. The owners even paid for our taxi free of charge. I would definitely stay here again 🌟"

"No hello or welcome when I arrived. I received my room key and went to my room, opened the door and it was an unclean room... I got another room which was OK. Upon checking out, I got no 'bye' or 'thank you' as the receptionist waa too bisy gaming on his laptop! "
