I always like the stay in the old house, great authentic rooms with great views, once again, fantastic. The staff are always happy to help plus the electric charging (when a petrol car isn’t blocking it) is a desirable attribute to a long journey.

Staff was lovely on the reception and around the hotel.hotel itself and our room was nice and clean. The pool area windows was quite dirty but the pool was getting a little refurb too we was there so I guess might’ve been due to that.I’m glad it stayed open while getting refurbed so it was no problem to me. All in all a lovely place to stay and I would come back again.

The staff at this lovely hotel were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious, Clean and modern and loved it. The swimming pool and amenities were fantastic as well. We ate at the bar which was tasty and enjoyed the bar area for some beverages. We also visited Beamish which was local to this hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of breakfast choices available. the staff were also very lovely. We enjoyed the spa it was busy at times and found the morning was less busy. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. There were games to play on the lawn which we took advantage of especially mini golf. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Redworth Hall Hotel.

Good location, access to pool appreciated. Dodgy, I'll fitting toilet seat in bathroom made a noise when in use which resulted in disturbed sleep. Good quality food at breakfast, unfortunately hardly warm!

We had a lovely family stay for an early birthday present for my husband. We booked breakfast and added on the 2 course dinner. I booked my husband a massage and we used the swimming pool. Staff were friendly from reception to the restaurant. Great facilities we would book again. Highly recommend

It was a very good stay, with a real sense of luxury throughout, including the restaurant. The team looked after me well, and I made use of the gym, which was impressive for a hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately this property has passed its heyday which is a shame as the potential is there. If you are looking for a relaxing break forget it as it is geared towards hen weekends/ spa breaks and multiple weddings. Property maintenance is sadly lacking everything looks tired and rundown. The drawer in our bedside cabinet would not close and the shower barely clung onto the wall. Suggest requesting a room somewhere quiet if there is such an area. The staff we encountered were helpful and delightful.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and had the amenities needed. The shower was absolutely amazing oh my days. Lovely staff, all pleasant. Spa was absolutely spot on, so relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal was delicious too.
