What is really unique about Fourburrows is the selection of carefree living spaces that are available. There are no less than four living areas in total. The main living room features a generously sized Ultra HD 4K SMART TV and plush sofas, and flows seamlessly into the newly refurbished garden room — a beautiful space that spans the width of the house, filled with light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. From here, you can take in sweeping sea views and look out over the lush garden. This space has comfortable lounge seating at one end and a large dining table at the other, seating up to 10 guests. A toddler chair and two highchairs are also available if required.

The games room comes equipped with table football, plenty of children's books, games and toys to keep the littleness entertained. Finally there's a snug for those who want to escape, with a further TV and well stocked bookshelves. The garage also contains a table tennis table to keep older children and adults entertained. The house benefits from fast fibre broadband and a wide selection of TV programmes, thanks to the Netflix and Now TV access, allowing you to stay entertained come rain or shine.

The recently installed kitchen is both stylish and superbly equipped, and opens into the dining area and garden room. It is very well equipped, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, including plastic cutlery and crockery for children. There is also a full-size American fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser. The property also includes those other essential appliances such as a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher; necessary items to keep the modern family going!

Upstairs you'll find four bedrooms. The principal bedroom and bedroom two are king size and, as of 2025, share access to a brand-new balcony with breathtaking views over Mawgan Porth and the coastline beyond. bedroom three has twin beds with side-on sea glimpses. Bedroom four is designed for little ones with single bunk beds and a cozy sofa perfect for bedtime stories. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor at the rear of the property and has its own access onto the garden decking and those breathtaking sea views. This room is located at the side of the property and has access to its own bathroom. It is possible to close the door from the main house to the annex and enjoy this room, its bathroom and the snug by itself - ideal if someone in your group wants their own space. Due to its ground floor location this bedroom is also perfect for guests with mobility issues.

Outside

Outside you have a timber decked patio stretching across the width of the property, which leads down to the large sheltered garden sloping towards the coast. It is surrounded by thick hedges so that it gives you a very private space. Here you'll find the hot tub which is perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. There is also a lovely rattan outdoor lounge and a purpose built play area complete with swings and a slide. There's a gate at the bottom of the garden which gives access to the footpath leading to the coast and beach….
