Very close to the beach. Child-friendly with lots of ideas to help kids from feeling bored, like borrowing books, colouring activities and buckets & shovels for the beach. Parking was convenient. Room was quite clean and spacious.

All round very good. Great location, close to beach and quiet. Surprisingly good bistro restaurant at the hotel and had a lovely meal the one night we stayed and then buffet breakfast the morning we left. Will be back.

Perfect location, looks good from outside, however room had a huge red stain next to the bed. First thought was blood but more likely a wine stain. Lights on walls all damaged and hanging off and then no USB ports anywhere. Not what I expect from the Novotel brand.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was nice, clean and it was refreshing to stay in a hotel that had a shower that didnt flood the bathroom floor for a change. We got in later on the first night but were still able to get a really nice meal in the restaurant at 8:30pm. Our only gripe was the lack of a smart TV.

The location was great, the lady that checked us in was very polite and they were quick to attend the blockage with the sink. However, we also had an issue with the shower drain and the bathroom was flooded with water and we had to put our towels to clean it up. They also charges me extra for drinks when I was give. Drink vouchers for the bistro at breakfast time. But they refunded that promptly.
