The hotel was very nice. I wish it had more lobby and restaurant facilities but the people at the front desk were so lovely and the housekeeping lady was wonderful so I would definitely stay there again and it has a great location for shopping and restaurants restaurants

This was our fourth stay at what has become our home in NYC.. never disappoints.. from the friendly staff (who seem to be there year after year like Marek) to the amazing room service to the unbearable location. The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both inside and out. It was not a five star experience. We were quite disappointed.
