Great value for a hotel in NYC!

The room was small, comfortable and clean. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that my bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat.

Very good location, close by to subway so go uptown. Only 20 minute walk to Downtown. Reception staff very friendly. Rooms are small, but it was enough for myself to maneuver around. Two large suitcases might be a problem, but since I was alone this was fine. Did have some problems with the thermostat/heating though.

This not a fancy place by any stretch of the imagination. I probably wouldn't even stay here for leisure, especially if traveling with someone. But for a cheap, clean place for one, right next to the subway, it's great.

Convenient and clean!

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room was small, but clean. Only a shower for our room, but we would have liked a tub. Very basic...two single beds, a tv with access to movies on demand, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a walk in shower. Room was cleaned every day and option for new towels. The hotel has a subway entrance right outside the front door which is super convenient. Restaurants on the same block...also convenient! Each person at the front desk was friendly. Check in and check out both smooth. Nothing really to complain about here! The price was fantastic compared with anything else in Manhattan. We enjoyed our trip and would certainly stay here again.

Mike is AMAZING! He is the only one at the front desk that greets the guest, the rest do not acknowledge you. The rooms are nice, nothing fancy but if your intention is to have a decent place to rest your head at then I recommend this hotel. There is no fridge in the room, that is my only complaint. I had to request new pillow cases, I ended up buying my own. And I cleaned my own washroom because the initial cleaning job was not up to my standards. Aside from that I do like this hotel.

フロントの方が英語ができない自分にもとても優しく対応してくれました。 回りには地下鉄の駅がたくさんあり、ラガーディア空港、jfk空港、タイムズスクエアなど行くのにとても便利です。 マンハッタンでこの値段で風呂トイレ共同じゃないのはすごいと思います。

The beds were awesome. Slept great. Outside noise is a little loud but it's a busy NYC street so it's not their fault. Stay on top floor to cut down on noise. Elevators were fast so very little wait. Our safe did not work. The bathroom is nice and room is small but great value considering how close to subway lines and lower Manhattan. Would stay there again!!! Thank you.

Comfy bed, great location. Aircon cranked over every 20 mins keeping me awake. Wifi did not work, I spent an hour with the guy who fixed it temporarily then I paid to use my Australia wifi.
