Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
It’s was okay, but basically an AirBnb! Self check in, shared bathroom. The picture & address of the room I thought I was booking was different than what I received. They have another location on 185. It is not a bed & breakfast. There is no breakfast. In addition, it is a shared bathroom so no privacy. Property was not clean & you can’t walk late at night for safety. It was a quite neighborhood & the bed was very comfortable but not worth what we paid!

It was not as described the bedding was filthy there was bugs crawling on the bed when we got here we did not have a code to get in we had to wait for somebody else and we kept buzzing no answer is so no I'm not happy with the stay or the cleanliness of the place

First time ever to stay at a b&b that didn't provide breakfast (there was the option to purchase). Clean but the house was a bit worn.
I love that this property was on a very nice street. I also liked that this building was historical and inside was very charming.
The room we stayed in was perfect.
An issue we did have was the key pad to the front door only worked half the time so it was difficult getting inside.
Building has lots of character! Kitchenette beside our room was updated and very convenient. Good location for our short trip in the city!

Ausstattung/Fenster/Heizung etc. entsprechen New Yorker-Niveau. Man sollte also nicht zuviel erwarten.
The place was OK and in a very interesting park of Brooklyn.Flatbush has seen some changes, but is still not ultra gentrified Williamsburgh. The hotel is a ten minute walk from where Ebbets Field...home of the Brooklyn Dodgers...once stood.
Stayed two nights in July in two different rooms. The place was a special treat. An old historic property along a beautiful street of Brownstones at a very good price. The owner and manager, Mark, is very accommodating and personally contacts guests before their arrival to make sure they have what they need. Great experience, I will be back.
Very cozy and quiet!! ;)
Easy check in process.
Only difficult part was parking. The streets are one way and the was an event going on the day we checked in. Not a huge problem. Just the gps kept getting us lost and doing circles! :)
Spring morgenmaden over.

Wonderful neighborhood B&B. Understand that this is a laid-back area. Quiet (I'm not kidding!), safe and very family oriented. If you want fancy services and amenities, go to Manhattan and pay 2-3 times as much.
Fort an insanely reasonable price you will get a spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and large shared bathroom, a pleasant shared living room with free coffee and tea. Triple locked doors and helpful landlord. Free on-street parking. Short walk to either Prospect Park or train station. Middling walk to both Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Brooklyn Gardens.
Neighborhood has a plethora of medium range dining options. Caribbean chickpea "doubles," rotisserie Spanish chicken, casual French, decent Japanese, Jamaican BBQ. And your usual corner bodegas with$1 coffee and $1.50 breakfast sandwiches.
I have paid 160$ for a room that does not look like the picture alot of photoshop!! . Same bad and lamp but not the Same condition. Old, ugly and niglekted. the firest massage was that the room may not be ready at 15:00, way is thst? Did i pay less??
wellcome kit was promesed an wasn't ther. for me 160 is alot of money!! Onece i pay it i would like it to be worth it!!
Big disapoiment.
Excellent staff & beautiful, old home on a quaint street in Brooklyn.
PRO: location, it was close to the Prospect Park station & took about 40 minutes to get to the heart of Manhattan. We also received a complimentary upgrade.
CON: There are simply not enough bathrooms to shower/get ready. There always seemed to be a line.
