The staff is friendly and attentive. Check in was a breeze. Rooms are a little small but that’s what you get in NYC. Perfect for a short stay and the area is super walkable with plenty of access to the subway lines.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, bottled water, cookies, and beer during specific hours, which was a nice bonus. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from Penn Station, Moynihan Train Hall, and Madison Square Garden. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is perfect hotel to sight-see in NYC. Minutes away from Penn Station to hop on the subway. The staff were super friendly & the rooms were very clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! There are a variety of hot dishes that rotate each day plus any other breakfast foods you can imagine clear up until 10 am. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children as well.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was bright, nice, and spotless. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the AC worked perfectly throughout my stay.The breakfast was also very good .
