hotel was extremely loud with parties going on all hours of the night downstairs which made it extremely loud for the other guests staying in the hotel. The rooms were extremely dusty/dirty. The curtains were ripped out of the wall, The employees of the resteraunt were extremely nice and courteous and very inviting and the food was decent but not worth the money. The outside grounds were not very clean. Trash all over the place, If we do decide to make it back to New York, we will definitely have to research a cleaner more inviting place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Hilton in Staten Island! The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and we really appreciated the security in the parking area with them patrolling around, which made us feel safe leaving our car there. The only thing I wish they had was a pool, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️

My first night, Wednesday, the concierge was very helpful, sweet, and welcoming. The last few nights, some staff felt standoffish, and the reaction to asking for help opening a non-twist beer made me feel that i was wrong for asking, given what guests pay. The room cleaning was excellent, but I was surprised the sheets weren't changed, and I'd like to know if that follows hotel policy. Overall, I appreciated the helpful concierge on night one and the clean room, but customer service the last fee nights could have been more welcoming.

Best place to stay on Staten Island. Good rooms, staff is nice and plenty of parking. The hotel can get quite busy in the lobby as they host a lot of events. Also need to improve the coffee at the restaurant.
