We stayed here for a soccer tournament with other parents and had a great experience! We loved how family-friendly and clean everything was. It was a great place to stay with the team, and we would definitely recommend it to other families!
Very spacious and clean room. Love the central AC, very quiet. The location is just outside the Flushing Chinatown within a few minutes walk. Good place for family or business.
Although the hotel was still clearly under construction and many staff were training, it was still excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was larger than I expected which was good. It came equipped with a refrigerator which I used to keep my soda and water cold, microwave, and coffeemaker. Crossing Northern Blvd was a bit scary. The subway station took about 15 minutes to get to and was often crowded but then it’s New York. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend the hotel to people.
The walls are really thin. You can hear people talk in the hallway very clearly. Someone was talking loud on their phone and playing loud music. There were 2 fire alarms at 3AM, 30 minutes apart, which made it impossible to sleep.
Some of the staff didn't seem very clear about the location of the hotel facilities. When we arrived at the floor where the Fitness Center is located, a staff member told us we were on the wrong floor and unhelpfully sent us back to the front desk to ask again. However, when we went back, the front desk confirmed that it was indeed on the floor we had just been to
I WOULDN’T STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN IF I GOT 1 million $. This hotel is for RICH PEOPLE! The hotel is like spirit airlines. Third party apps do not tell you all you need to know about these hotels. It is located in china town nothing but Chinese people over there! Parking is NOT free! Again, PARKING IS NOT FREE! The hotel is attached to a garage which is independently operated. You have to use it because there is no where to park on the street and I was told it not safe if you do find a parking spot. The garage workers hardly speak English, so they cnt properly explain the dam rates to you. The rate for the day is $35. You have to pay every time you leave the garage. I arrived 4pm on Saturday evening left 10pm and I paid $17. I came back at 5am Sunday, I was in all day thinking it would be cheaper, boy was I wrong! I left 6:30 am the next morning and I was charged $72.10🙄 There is no phone signal or WiFi in the garage. You have to either go back up to the street or go up to the hotel.
As per the hotel, after paying for the hotel cost they charge an additional accidental fee of $75 per night. Breakfast is $20. The staff is the best thing about the place and the beds comfy. The hotel is in a busy area, so forget peace and quiet. I paid for city view, I was looking at garage bins and near by businesses. I got a room by the staircase exit and let me tell you every time someone goes through that damm door I can hear it open and close. You can also hear the cleaning staff loudly.
