The room was very clean and well fitted. The staff we saw were very friendly. Storage facilities were very convenient. The location was great- so close to 5th Ave and Grand Central Station. No complaints.

Quiet Spot for Short Stay

The studio was perfect for our 3 days/2 nights stay with preplanned busy schedule. Hot shower and decent bed. Location was perfect for all the things we had scheduled.

Amazing Location

We loved staying hear because it was so central to many attractions and we coukd easily walk to the subway stations. The place was clean and check in was convenient. Definitely would return.

Great Stay

This was a great place for a couple of days in NYC. Alex was very helpful and responsive. Everything is done via codes, so you can come and go as you please. The location is very convenient to Time Square and Bryant Park.

The hotel was actually a lot nicer in person than it was in the photos. It was better than I expected. The room was a decent size and we had a private bathroom. It was perfect for me and my mom for New Year's. The staff was nice and the lounge was nice. The hotel has a very classic feel to it.

Perfect!

This was exactly what we needed. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was fast and easy. The property looked just like the pictures. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this place.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

The room is very comfortable and clean. The fridge has a small freezer section that worked. The place is in a great neighborhood and the restaurant/bar next door is a gem. We didn't use the communal kitchen but it was really clean and had many different appliances and supplies. The little lounge on the first floor was a nice quiet place to hang out.

Our NYC Home Away From Home!

This property is truly a gem! A gorgeous historic building that is only a couple blocks from Bryant Park, The New York Library, Grand Central - the list goes on! We came for a trade show and this really was the perfect spot to end our busy days at. Alex is a most gracious host and was readily available anytime we had a question!! They also had a lovely girl who was at the front desk if you had any needs. Overall I am so grateful we found this listing and will absolutely be back!

A week in the Big Apple

The place was clean and quiet, for the most part. Steps away from Times Square, I was close to virtually everything. My only complaint is that there wasn't an AC unit in the room. The weather was mild enough that the room stayed comfortable, though. However

Not What the Picture Showed

Several times there were strong smells coming from other apartments. Not bad smells, but heavy with cooking odors.The location was very good.We would not return.

Couldn't have chosen a better location. So close to everything in mid-town Manhattan. The studio had coffee maker, fridge & microwave but no crockery or cutlery. Not even a cup! (none in shared kitchen either) which we found strange. Rather unusual, but the girl on reception didn't seem to have any local knowledge. Either that or she coulnt be bothered. That said, it didn't detract from our stay and we'd certainly stay again due to perfect location.

This was without a doubt the worst vrbo I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, the location was fantastic, and Michael at the front desk was helpful. Other than that instead of a Chic Studio it was more like a cold broom closet. No heat control, the faucet in the bathroom was wobbly and I was afraid it would come gushing out every time I used it. No laydown space, not even a plastic cup or any other decent amenities. I left after two of the four days that I paid for and checked into a decent hotel. I left word with the owner and he never had the courtesy to call me back- UGH!!

Great location, close to Time Square and Broadway shows and surrounding restaurants. The room had the bare essentials to get us through our trip. There were quite a few things that were listed on the amenities on Expedia that didn’t quite add up to our experience. Even though we booked this through Expedia it was an Vrbo property and all communication came from Vrbo. There was basically a min refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and some paper cups and that was it. NOTING ELSE!!! On Expedia (Vrbo) the kitchenette claims to be ideal for preparing light meals and beverages which was NOT the case. The room had a couple candles on the coffee table BUT no way of lighting them. The room didn’t provide any other information about the gym, outdoor space, communal kitchen, or the washer/ dryer nor was anything communication through the Vrbo rep. “Alex”
