Yes the foods were great No, the hot tub was not available at all those days we were there and I could have really enjoyed it after traveling so far the rooms were very nice but there was a problem with the water in the shower

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable as was the lobby and food area, there were plenty of options for breakfast. It’s not a five star hotel but it was a very nice option for us. The flooring is some kind of tile and I appreciated that. It was much better than carpet. We could tell that it was clean.

Kids loved the pool and hot tub :-) The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast had enough to choose from, waffles were great! Room a hotel itself was clean. Pull out couch bed not great for me but dtr slept fine, hotel didn't have a 2 bed room available. We could hear the bass of the TV of the room above us as soon as they turned it on but just the luck of our neighbors? Try to request top floor. Overall would definitely stay again.

Lobby, hallways and elevator smelled like pot. Room was the only place that was pot smell free. Beds were comfortable room was similar to IKEA showroom.

Coffee maker leaked all over the table. Family with kids on the floor were crying and yelling at midnight. Had to leave the tv on to sleep. Maid service was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.

Microtel was new for me. For the money, it was very good. Only negative for me was the lack of a closet when I had 75% of hung clothes. The pegs were quaint, but not the best for business travelers. Didn't discover the two small drawers hidden behind the second bed, halfway into my stay. There will be a next time, overall, I am impressed.

For the most part the trip was ok however we wanted a relaxing weekend away and part of that was sitting in the hot tub and swimming in the pool. It looked like some kids had a pool party in there as there was beer boxes and cans in the pool area. The bathroom in the pool area was trashed and the shower curtain and bar were on the floor broken. It looked like someone pooped in the pool and it was ice cold! The hot tub looked like it may have had beer poured in it the jets didn’t work and it was not very hot at all was very disappointed in it as we were looking forward to that!
