Staff was nice and courteous, I had to switch my room three times till I found one that was clean when I checked in. Otherwise everything was good after I found a clean room. They did a great job accommodating my needs.

Front desk is by far the fave of the motel that being said this motel 6 is represented by the best of the best in hospitality. Check in was quick and easy. The staff are friendly and quick to help us out if the need arises. Managed by the the best team of experienced staff l. No frills and affordable. I love this place.

The staff is awesome nobody bothers you there only thing is they dont give you towels or leave a roll of tp in your room thats only thing probably because people take off with them but its got restaurants by stores by 24 hr convience store

We have always had nothing but great customer service everytime we stay at Motel 6. A special thanks to Nicole (the front desk clerk) she makes our stay completely stress free, and has always been great with assisting anything we may have needed.The room that we got was very clean and the housekeeping staff (especially Maria)were quick at helping with anything we may have needed. Thank you guys for everything!!

Room neat and clean. But items not in room like a clock, shampoo, and what we missed most was no coffee maker in the morning.

Everyone treats you like a member of a family instead of you feeling like you are amongst strangers at a buisness. If you need something theres is always someone sitting at the desk ready to help, day or night. The staff & house keepers always have a amile on their faces and they are always very respectful & courteous. I recommend Motel6 to my family & friends from back home in Brooklyn, N.Y & I feellike the prices are reasonable. If they would fix the pool & have a Ice Machine put in things would be even better & it would really help the buisness.

What I liked about the property was the KIND, CARING & PROFESSIONAL STAFF. Starting with MISS NICOLE (manager) she possess strength, grace & professionalism, always smiling. Moving to the staff, her staff is amazing, hard working, yet kind & caring. MISS MARIA, MISS BRUNI, MR.JOSE, MR CARLOS, I've never felt such a warm, welcoming feeling ANYWHERE! I've great respect for them, MADE OUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE & THE FEELING OF SAFETY, LIKE OUR OWN LITTLE FAMILY! GOD BLESS THE STAFF @ MOTEL 6 IN NEW PORT RICHEY! Only good thing was it was pet friendly. When checking in you had to pay a extra rental room fee that i didnt know about. What i paid for i didnt get. Sheets were gross. Pulled sheet off and used pregnancy test came out with it. No battery in fire detector. Only received 2 towels for 3 people for 2 days. Refused to give me a discount. Was told that they dont always give you what you book. So when you book here good luck cause you dunno what your actually getting...
