"The property is beautifully kept, rooms are spotless, and it is advertised as it truly is. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated there was always hot coffee and hot water provided in the lobby along with creamers and hot cocoa mix for anyone staying there. There is even a mini market available in the lobby. Great workout room with many machines and equipment to get workouts in - especially last weekend in November, it was too cold outside to walk. But when the sun is out, there are many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. There’s a convenient and very clean laundry room on the second floor too. This was my first visit to Residence Inn and I enjoyed my stay very much."

"The whole house was very clean and up to date. Furniture was very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms are very important to me and both of these bathrooms exceeded my expectation by a rental. Bathroom towels were new and plush; could have used a couple more hand towels. Definitely the owner takes pride in his property. Positively a re-rental on a future Wilmington visit."
