Aparthotels in Neuquén

"I would not characterize this as a four star hotel as advertised. Rooms are average at best, the furniture is old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was disappointing, very few dishes to speak of, silverware and cutlery were inadequate, a pot, but no pans. The microwave did not work. Staff at front desk were very friendly, but did not speak good English. Overall average at best but not worth the price"

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and even though I didn't speak much Spanish they did there very best to help.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the facilities are great.
