The location is very good, but that’s where it ends. The property is so run down it should be classified as un-inhabitable. The carpets are filthy, the walls are peeling off and the elevator smells really bad. The Sabbath elevator runs all night on Friday evening and stops at every floor. The door rattles and I could not sleep a wink all night. I was embarrassed to stay at this place. I asked to cancel my stay after a few days to move to another hotel and they insisted on charging me for the entire stay. It is not worth any price, I should not have trusted the pictures posted on Expedia.

Bad night at the Galil.

I received no response to my request about changing/canceling my reservation; none from the hotel and none from Hotels .com. I lost one night and decided to stay for the second night. It was the most horrible room I have ever stayed in. The hotel is rundown and so ugly, being there is like a punishment... The view was nice and half decent breakfast was provided.

Разваливающееся здание,требующее ремонта уже минимум лет 10 назад.Пол в номере грязный. Двери трухлявые.Завтрак грустный. Ванная комната ужасна.Единственный плюс, который хоть как то компенсирует потраченные деньги это вид с балкона.За те же деньги можно найти варианты ГОРАЗДО лучше.

The property was massively over-rated on YOUR website. Your description was false and the property was massively overpriced because of these falsehoods. Definitely the worst value for money hotel I have ever stayed in and I’ve been staying in hotels for well over 45 years.

Beautiful building near the beach, but in precarious state. Huge room facing the sea but in desperate need of repairing. Everything was old and or broken, from the bathroom facilities to the balcony windows that did not close properly and I don't think had been cleaned since the opening of the hotel. The hotel is advertised has one with free parking. Actually, it is free because when you ask from the parking lot they tell "park on the street" and there are no parking meters in the streets, but I don't think they should claim to offer free parking. Not very helpful the guys in the check in. I cannot say they are rude but they are not certainly nice. They utter too very few words to get an impression.

Ett bra hotell till det priset, fin havsutsikt och nära till stranden. Bra luftkonditionering kanske lite högljudd. Bra service, inte den frukost man är van vid men det fanns det som behövdes och andra specialiteter.

Steer clear of this place

Outdated. Dirty. Hair in shower. Sheets not fresh. AC not functioning although it made a lot of noise. The beautiful beach across the street cannot compensate for what you get inside. Sad. Could be an amazing place but isn't.

Plusses and minuses of the hotel

The hotel has a view of the sea and the large swimming pool. It's very reasonable compared to other hotels overlooking the sea. However, the hotel is in poor condition and the breakfast is only so-so.

Hötel à fuir

Hôtel épouvantable. Façade laissée à l'abondant. Personnel indifférent et pas aimable. Chambre horrible. Tout est sale. Les robinets de la salle de bain,le haut du frigidaire rouillés. Moquette et papier peint datant de Mathusalem déchirés. Moulures décollés. Le fil de la télévision pend d'un coin de mur. Une seule prise dans la chambre (celle du frigidaire). Donc si besoin de recharger une batterie vous arrêter le frigidaire. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain. Balcon en décrépitude tant le carrelage au sol que les murs et plafond complètement abîmés et dégoûtants. Porte d'entrée de la chambre défoncée et rapiécée. Trou au niveau de la poignée. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre. C'était du pareil au même. Ménage inexistant. Gobelets des précédents clients toujours sur le balcon. Pas de protège matelas et drap aussi fin qu'un voile. Rideau de la fenêtre troué, déchiré à plusieurs endroits ainsi que les couvertures. Salle du restaurant aussi sale. J'ai des photos à l'appui. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et cet hôtel ne mérite même pas une étoile. A fuir et je conseille à votre site de ne plus le proposer. Simplement honteux pour une chambre à 120 €. Voir photos sur Tripadvisor. Ce ne sont pas les miennes et je vais voir comment en rajouter.

Great location, not such a great hotel

We really needed the hotel only for sleeping and breakfast and showering as our daughter lives nearby. Convenience-wise it was great. The view of the beach was incredible. The sunset and sunrise remarkable, but the room was not very clean, the cups in the bathroom were obviously dirty, mold on the bathroom walls and dirty carpets. The non-smoking hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Beds were OK, breakfast passable. Thankfully I'm fluent in Hebrew because there are not many employees who speak English
