It’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach. The food was good, had a soup for every meal. Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and pool bar were extremely friendly and i could see how hard they were working - but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist Anastasia who made my friend cry because of her lack of english or knowledge of any other languages. (I arrived 5 hours after her, otherwise i would dealt with the check in) When i had an encounter with her she blant refused to help me, i had to ask her to book me a taxi NOW as i don’t want to leave it last minute on our way to the airport. I had the feeling that she hates her job and the guests. She making fun of my friend, her lack of empathy put a dark shadow on our holiday and we won’t be returning because of her

I don’t think Hotel Condor should be a 4 stars hotel. Food was very good but everything else was average motel kind of rooms and conditions . No hot water. No towels change every day . We asked for new towels no one give us new towels. This is Disappointing . Beach was not to far this is one good thing and the food . Everything else was ok but not for 4 star hotel. Needs improvement.
