Nice place

Hotel is getting ready to close for the winter so it was a little empty but the food was ample and good, the staff are amazing. I forgot my uk to eu adapter and they loaned me one.

A great stay

The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. I would recommend

Great value all inclusive - walking distance to both Nessebar & Central Sunny Beach, but also busses & mini tourist trains available for a few Levs. Very happy entertainment team, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Good selection of food at the buffet and outdoor snack bar. The two a la carte restaurants are of good quality and worth a try. Book a Deluxe room in the main building with a sea view, you won’t be disappointed.

Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning). The food was very good and varied - even for my vegatarian daughter - the dishes and cutlery were sometimes a little bit dirty (you could see, that they were handling a lot of guests). 2 Pools, public beach (with possibility to rent umbrellas und beds) was right outside the hotel (5 min walk). Families with kids, mostly from Bulgaria and Ireland (Britain?). Quite quiet during the night (only saturday the music from a nearby discothek was loud - the other side of our appartment was facing the street (apparently with neaby disco), but was a cul-de-sac and so nearly no cars. We enjoyed it!

Not for us!

This is an all inclusive resort, sadly what comes with this is a very crowded and noisy hotel. Every drink served in a plastic cup, buffet food that is just about edible but not enjoyable, and lots and lots of kids, with drunk adults. Meal times are a frantic fight for food and drinks that disappears bang on the time it closes and you are the e rushed out of the dinning rooms by staff, none of which leads to any kind of relaxing dining experience! Beach you have to pay more for sun lounges and umbrellas and there is no bar or facilities at the beach which is a bit of a walk from the hotel. Positives - the hotel is kept immaculately clean and that includes the rooms. Sadly this is really not our thing so cannot recommend, however if you are someone who wants to eat and drink as much as you physically can while your kids get more and more sugar highs and scream all day then go for it!

All inclusive package is 10/10 about food (really tasty, different kinds, no stomack issues but like 2/10 about drinks.... beer nor wine is drinkable.... really not good.... about "coctails" the same... like if want to go there to mainly get drunk and not be KO the next day this is not the place....but food was super :) The only negative was the cold on the room (I complained 2 times to the reception) once even some "technician came" and told that tge next day the heating will be working... I did not, obviously.... on the breakfast you only listened all the people cauging.... the inner pool was quite cold and open only till 19:00, sauna only for extra fee. Beach was like 10min walk, 40min walk to Old Nessebar, bus stop from burgas like 5min walk.... pretty convenient, would like to come again to this hotel :)

Ett familjehotell. De har ingen privat strand och ska man ha en solsäng vid poolen måste man ut vid kl. 07:00 och sitta där. Maten var dåligt varm även om man kom precis när de öppnade.

Her Gece geç saatlere kadar içki içip bağırarak sohbet eden ve kahkaha atan insanları dinledim. Resepsiyondan oda değiştirme talebinde bulundum. Tek kelime ile FULL dediler. Başka yorum bile yapmadılar.

Das Hotel war okay, nicht ganz das, was ich von einer 4-Sterne-Unterkunft kenne. Gute Auswahl an Essen zu fast jeder Zeit. Abgesehen von den beiden Barkeepern war das Personal unfreundlich bis genervt, keine Spur von einem Lächeln... Ostblockmentalität. Die Hotelparkplatz kostet 10 EUR pro Nacht, ist abegeschlossen und kann nur durch Hotelpersonal geöffnet werden, welches man jedesmal wieder mehrmals bitten muss, das Tor zu öffnen (einmal 25 Minuten gewartet) Hier gibt es definitiv bessere Lösungen!

Renholdsarbeiderene både i restaurant og rom får toppkarakter. Blide og flinke folk. Mulig resten av de ansatte var slitne nå på slutten av sessongen, for der var det ikke mange smil å få. Drinkene var ikke utvannet slik andre har opplevd her, men de var ikke veldig gode. Maten var etter min mening middels mot dårlig. Godt utvalg men ikke mye av det som smakte godt. Velger nok et annet hotell neste gang.

Bra opphold på et hyggelig sted

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold over seks dager på hotellet. Fine og romslige rom. Rent og pent. God og variert mat. hotellet hadde litt utfordringer med kaffemaskiner under frokosten. Ofte kø og maskiner som stoppet opp. Synes servicen på en del av de ansatte kunne vært opp et hakk eller to. Vi var der sent på sesongen, så mulig de var lei, men vi som kunder mener at det er lurt å gi et smil og prøve å si noe når man står i baren eller man rydder bord.

Kaunis ja siisti hotelli. Ruoka oli hyvää ja vaihtelevaa ja aina kauniisti aseteltu. Ranta 5min.kävelymatkan päässä. Vanhakaupunki Nessebar vain muutaman kilometrin päässä. Siivous huoneissa joka päivä ja uusista pyyhkeistä tehtiin joka aamu kauniita tai hauskoja hahmoja. Pihalla oma uima-allas ja sisällä pieni kylpylä. Hotel godny polecenia. Miła obsługa w szczególności barmani ze snack bar i lobby bar. Pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie i napoje dobre i urozmaicone, dostępne w dużej ilości. Miejsce przyjazne dzieciom z placem zabaw, klubikiem oraz splash zone. Ciekawe animacje przez cały dzień. Dobre połączenie z lotniska. Autobus nr 10 za 8 lew.
