My stay at Kalofer Hotel

The hotel has a good location, 10 min walking distance to the beach. Room is nice, and Housekeeping did good job. The only thing, internet wi-fi can be more strong, it’s working only in the public area and reception

-Nogen søde medarbejde de har, altid smilene, meget flinke og hjælpsom. -Maden er middel, men til prisen er perfekt. -Svømmehalen er ikke top i renlighed. Vi fik bestilt transport fra lufthavnen, men de kom ca. en time efter, de undskylde mange gange for forsinkelsen og tog ikke imod pengene for transporten plus de opgraderet vores hotel værelse til en bedre værelse.

Buona struttura con alcune pecche

Struttura di medie dimensioni, camere ampie e ben arredate, balcone con zanzariera, piscina, in zona centrale. Note negative, pulizia e riassetto letti non giornaliera, cambio asciugamani non sono riuscito a capire quando se ogni tre giorni oppure secondo disponibilità... mai una volta poi che mi hanno messo saponetta o shampo (ho dovuto sempre richiederli a reception o alle donne delle pulizie direttamente), wifi funzionate solo nelle aree comuni, colazione scadente peggio dell'ospedale (succhi super diluiti, marmellata del discount, burro semiliquido). La cosa che pìù mi ha irritato sono però stati i receptionist, giovani forse alla prima esperienza e poco pagati, impreparati e senza conoscenza del luogo, privi di educazione (nessun benvenuto all'arrivo, nessun saluto, nessuna scusa se in camera c'era qualche problema, quasi sempre infastiditi, privi di entusiasmo quasi come se stessero li per costrizione). Considerando che siamo in Bulgaria e i tre stelle si equivalgono, è da scegliere se preferite una struttura di medie dimensioni con un buon confort in stanza e posizione semi-centrale.

Short trip to Sunny Beach

Hotel was ok. Nothing special. Room dirty, needed repairs and maintenance. Bathroom needed cleaning. Aircondition didn't work, shower handle was broken. Hotel is located about 1km from bus stop and main street. But judging by price, hotel was ok. Just remember not to leave table during breakfast since the seagulls will steal your food.

this hotel situated very near to the beach (5 min walk) the price was realy good , i had half board, the food was good and taisty, very helpfull staff , rooms was ok)

Good hotel, unfortunately food is not very good

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, with spacious clean rooms and balconies. There is also a nice pool. Unfortunately, we took the half-board option and the food for dinner was not very good, and few buffet options were available.

Das Geschirr nicht sehr schon!!! zusammengesucht?!

Das Geschirr war zwar weiß aber zusammengesucht und mit sehr vielen abgeplatzen Stellen. Nicht sehr schön. 1x Shampoo für 7 Tage sehr wenig Auswahl an Obst hätte vielfältiger sein können

Hyvää halvalla

Wifi ei toimi ylemmissä kerroksissa, missä huone sijaitsi. Siivoojat kävivät alkuun joka päivä vaihtamassa pyyhkeet ja siivoamassa, mutta hotellin täytyttyä siivous oli vain vessapaperin tuontia. Myös aamiaiselle oli tungosta kun väkeä oli enemmän, eikä hotellin ulkotilat olleet vielä täysin palvelukunnossa ruokailua varten. Kaikki kuitenkin hoitui ja henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta. Hotellilla ruokailu on myös asukkaalle erittäin halpaa.
