Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
I can not check in cos. Reservation not exists. I called expedia help desk overseas phone calls costs me 20$. Staff very unfriendly. We waited 2 hours after that they offer us very dirty room with double price . Door price. We found another friends motel nearby and stayed there.

Superb hotel, great value for your money!

We have spend great time in Amfibia Beach Hotel! Rooms was clean, personal very helpful! Great pools aria, superb strand! Great pool bar with barmen Nikolaj, nice grill restaurant. Air conditioning in all rooms. Families with kids can be disturb with music from the beach, mostly is house and dance music! The greatest DJ´s play music only 300 meters from the hotel, as DJ Tiesto, Armin van Buuren in "Cacao del Mar" on the beach. We loves house music, so we was very happy, it remind us IBIZA actually. Breakfast is the same every day, so it is maybe no idea to pay for it, same as all inclusive.... Highly recommended is serbian grill restaurant just around the corner. Not so far from touristic aria, around 10 minutes by taxi you will find LIDL. Lunch coast around 5€/person, supper is around 10 only. Mostly hotel guests is tourist from Russia, Poland and Great Britain. So if you looking mostly for sun and music, this hotel is for you! If you traveling by car so parking outside coast 5€ a day. this is a bad one

Positive: Good location, near the beach and near Nessebar. Negative: Everything else. Cleaning: No cleaning the 2.5 days we stayed. Food: They run out of bread, cheese and coffee for breakfast. The breakfast is pitiful as it is, but this is plain ridiculous Service: It takes half a day to get a roll of toilet paper. (Since there was no cleaning while we stayed, one has to specifically ask for it.) The room: The bathroom is terrible. No shower curtain and barely working drain. The AC unit is on the tiny balcony, blowing hot air and making it almost impossible to use it. This is a rundown hotel under very poor management. Don't go there if you absolutely don't have to.
