This Building should be condemned

This Building should be condemned! The owners should be as well! Not a smile to be had by anyone involved in this whole transaction. Me OR the owners! As I checked in I was asked for a $20 Bill for my deposit. “No receipt!” Was the answer I received after asking for proof of my deposit. As I walked out of the abandoned bus station like “lobby”, I proceeded to the second floor up the Crime Scene like stairwell. My room looked as if someone just left... unexpectedly. It looked like someone was about to film a 80s Drug Deal gone Bad film... But had to leave due to a REAL Drug Deal going bad in the hallway... The Heater turned on intermittently every 33.7 seconds (I timed it) and ran for as long as it wanted and at whatever temperature it wanted until it was the temperature of the sun. The Toilet seemed to get jealous of the heaters “action” and decided to play the same on/off game throughout the evening. I probably should have called the police due to a Beating or Murder or whatever was happening up stairs, but I didn’t want to upset the “locals” any more than they Already seemed to be. When I checked out I mentioned the ordeal to the owners. They acted as if it was Normal and that nothing happened... This Place is a rat hole and should be removed from Any and All destination choices. ... ample parking... :)

Unique is putting it lightly . First no one at desk had to ring bell then wait for someone. When he arrived he asked who what and when without any eye contact then had to walk around building to find maid to see if room was done ? Check in time is 3 and we got there at 4:00. Then as we settled in a man questioned husband if we were smoking weed then wanted to search our room ???? But realized not our room but next door ???? Very strange man with a attitude. Room was very cleaned but in serious need of repairs .

Be careful of fraudulent charges.

I originally booked three rooms and cancelled two. I spoke to the manager and cancelled online. They proceeded to charge me for the two cancelled rooms and refused to credit the charges. Total con job, be careful.

Your receptionist had an attitude for everything. Ex card not working or extra roll of toilet paper. The bed was so hard that I woke up everyday with back pain. The couch that turned into a bed was disgusting it had a bunch of stains and smelled rotten. They yelled at the kids for everything at the pool.

The tub was stained and cracked in my bathroom. The lamp shades were torn & frayed in my room. The pool at this facility was not open. When I made the reservation on the telephone, I requested adjoining rooms. Upon arrival here, I was told that they do not have adjoining rooms. At first I was told that the rooms would not be beside each other but then I was given 2 rooms next to each other.

Hotel is well located. It was inexpensive relative to other hotels in the area. Room was clean. Outside of property was in very poor condition. Reception area was a mess and front desk looked like it was behind bulletproof glass.

It was horrible, everything was broken, the door to our room wouldn’t open, after they fixed it, it wouldn’t open again and they accused us of breaking the handle and we just got there. At 7Am we were woken up by children running up and it down the hallway on the second floor. Overall the experience was horrible.

When I went to use the coffeemaker there was still a used coffee pod in the maker. I'm still waiting for my wake up call. I should have known better once before when I stayed there I never got my wake up cal either.

The photos depict a jetted tub with the Room that I requested. And I Specifically requested it in these special request section of my reservation but my request was ignored . There was not that many other people at the hotel so I'm sure a Room was available I was just not given to me
