"The valet was amazing. My husband was in a wheelchair and was very helpful. The rest was terrible. Room was very dated. As clean as housekeeping would ever get the dated room. The bed was a nightmare. Not sure I have ever tried to sleep on anything more uncomfortable. Then the 1am wake up of someone trying to get in our room was the worst. "

"Great property. Their internet went down when we arrived. They had to shut down all restaurants and the check in. Didn’t get going again until late evening. They need to work on their contingency plans if that ever happens again. Very inconvenient for the short time and amount of money you pay to stay there. "

"The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in. However, once we got to our rooms, I inspected the beds and discovered dried bloodstains that had penetrated all the way to the mattress. I immediately went to the front desk and the manager apologized and granted my request to check out and be refunded. I honestly was so disgusted I didnt want myself or my family staying there. "

"Great property except they have way to many people parking there for flights out of Jacksonville which cause hotel stayers to park way to the back of the entrance. My suggestion would be those parking for flights must use the vacant parking lot in the rear "

"Staff was so nice! Breakfast was amazing! Very clean overall very amazing experience will be booking here for every Jacksonville stay!"

"It was very unsavory environment; we didn't even get out of the car! We witnessed a drug deal as we were pulling up and 5 or 6 "thugs" hanging out front of the entrance."
