The location was on the West End, which I would have preferred to stay on Norman Manley. I will say the staff was pleasant and met my needs during my short stay. They were informed of the area and referred me to Canoe Restaurant which I truly enjoyed. My only complaint is the unexpected electricity fee that I had to pay ($15.00 USD). It is the principle of the matter. The owner was not on site to discuss this in person.

Cheap but not Cheery

The pros are the price, the really spacious accommodations and the lovely young lady in the office. It's in an all right location just off the main road. The place is in need of some serious love and attention. One of the shower faucets did not work correctly, the towel rack was not installed. The wifi was useless!! How can you not have halfway decent wifi!! The stairway to the "roof deck" is falling apart, which is just as well because the "roof deck" is unusable, covered in gravel and dirt. The pool area is just barely useable It really should not even be included as feature of the property. The additional fee of $8 USA (per night) for electricity is highway robbery). Clearly the owner has no interest in maintaining the property beyond making it habitable.

The place was definitely clean, spacious, clean sheets, and no bugs which is a plus for me personally. Towels were provided along with kitchen utensils and a few pots and pans. Very peaceful, hardly any noise and friendly staff. However, there was certain things that got in the way such as the lights being turned off randomly and the stove burners not working properly. It was an extra charge for the electricity which was fine since the overall stay was cheap but I didn't appreciate the lights randomly turning off 3 times during the stay. (They weren't out long though) Overall for the price, its a great deal and its not too far from popular local restaurants and bars. If trying to save money and be around locals, this is a good stay.

the property was extremely clean kadeen was so helpful . i arrived a day b4 mu birthday and was greeted with a supprise bottle of tum cream 2 actually. kadeem showed me a round the property . i dpike to olu befoe i left and he assired me everything would be ok and if there was any where i wanted to in negrill i should just tell him and he could have it arranged brfore i came.this was my girst time booking with ebooker snd it won't be my last love this property hands down...staff was amazing 20 stars 💯will ne using them again real soon . p.s the apartments are fsmily friendly dont hesitate to book with friends or family u will love it
