Very unpleased with my check-in . We was very excited about celebrating our 4th yr anniversary. When we arrived at hotel the staff didn’t see very happy and excited with checking us in. Then when is was time for payment they stated Expedia is giving us The wrong price and if we wanted to stay we had to pay $415 more then what was stated. The Manager wasnt too helpful.We paid because Expedia wasn’t able to get in contact with. Then we check in and the room wasn’t nothing like the picture displayed on the website so I go back to the front desk and they told me Expedia put the wrong room category that room is premium I asked for a upgraded for the mix update because it was a lot free room due to the virus.

Americans, beware of booking this property thru Expedia! I prepaid my stay through Expedia but The hotel upcharged me 20 percent because that’s “their current policy for Americans booking they Expedia“. General manager was made aware that this was violating their terms of service with Expedia but didn’t seem to care.

If you'd like to have a totally free week of fun this is the place. Best for the open-minded and couples with solid relationships. It's all inclusive in all ways, including scuba diving twice a day if you are certified (and can get up in the morning). Very nice staff, friendly and open crowd of people from everywhere. Lovely spot, make sure you get one of the new rooms with balcony facing ocean it is great.

I liked most things about the property except during check-in was told I owed an additional $246 US because Expedia charged me EBB Can rate instead of US rate. Spent hours of my three day vacation trying to resolve this issue. I should not have been caught up in an accounting/rate war between Expedia and Hedonism II. During my entire stay, I couldn't connect to the Wi-fi. The in-room safe was broke then fixed, then broke again. Therefore, I carried my travel documents and money with me because I couldn't trust the lock on the safe. Aside from this and a few minor issues, the staff, the grounds, entertainment, the food, the room, the view, and the weather was excellent. I give a special thank you to the front desk. They are the very best in customer service. Thank you for showing me kindness...

The property is well maintained. The staff that greets you at the front desk and the bartenders are ALL very professional. Security is always present. Gym equipment can use some updating. Entertainment is top notch. I image that several hours are spent by the dancers in choreography, yet the dancers make the routines seem so easy. There is a lot of sexual energy at Hedonism II. The nightly dancers are all gorgeous. It appears that they select only the best individuals to entertain. The entire ambiance of Hedonism II seems to be based upon fantasy. It is as if they provide the beautiful space for their visitors to live out their wildest fantasies. The place is crazy and addictive....I love it!

An amazing resort! 1st time stay. Anxieties about being nude dissolved quickly. Everyone (Staff and other holidayers) extremely friendly and social. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Tons of shade and beach chairs. Hotel offers ocean floaties!.. Food was excellent, rooms were clean. Never felt overcrowded (except afternoon in nude pool) - but that's the fun part! Only 2 complaints: Room advertised said balcony, only the oceanview rooms have balconys. Playroom should have posted rules about cleaning up after yourself. Some patrons don't abide by the "leave it as you found it rule". No pressure to get involved in anything you didn't want to. Amazing clean beaches.
