Great staff

After I'd checked out of my room and was waiting at the bus station for my bus, an employee came to me to give me the extra cell phone I'd left in my room. I didn't know I'd left it. That was going the extra mile. I didn't get the young woman's name who made the trip to return it to me but she certainly deserves credit from her boss. The only downer about the room was no air conditioning but I should have paid more attention to the room's amenities when booking.

Los empleados de este hotel 3 estrellas son muy muy amables y agradables. El desayuno está muy bueno así como las tartas que venden allí. Sin embargo faltaba si acaso una botellita de shampú en la ducha así como más papiel higiénco en el baño.
