"Loud in the corridor from other rooms. Loud road noise through night."

"First off, we had a very hard time sleeping at night because of an incident that happened on our first night. A house keeping lady just walked in on me and my partner completely naked. She didn’t knock or announce herself at all. When I spoke to the front desk they told me to hold for a supervisor, after 6 minutes of holding the same person came back on the phone and said no one was around to answer. She took my information down and told be they would reach out. To which they never did. I waited for the 3 days I was staying there and never was reached out to. This is a horribly managed place. I will not be returning, and will make sure to tell my family and friends that this hotel has no privacy policy or sympathy when they make a very serious and abrasive error. Secondly, Half the water park was closed and that wasn’t discussed on the website. No basic pool or nothing. Changing $20 dollars for a “pina colada” should be a damn shame. Especially when it’s just coconut water and ice in a blender. Thirdly, the website was super confusing, no consistency in any of the restaurants hours, or events. We had no clue the 5,000 foot zip line was closed until we got there and was told by a bartender in trails end. As well as the sun tubing that wasn’t open but was in the website. There was nothing much to do at the resort, so we had to travel outside for any activities. But we booked specifically this hotel, so we could have something to do without leaving it."

"Overall, this could have been worse. The hotel was undergoing maintenance so maybe things will be better in a month or two. The breakfast was to be expected for the price point meaning not great but good. Found a dead bug in the morning but was it there or did it hitch a ride with us? The room was a bit worn down and the lighting was poor."

"The hotel did not have the reservation from Orbitz. Luckily, the hotel had a room for us at the rate we arranged with Orbitz. Not sure where the miscommunication was, but could have been a problem."

"Very nice rooms and easy walk to get to the casino. Safe atmosphere "

"The room smelled like chemical fumigation had just happened in the room, the door DID NOT LOCK, and was never fixed despite staff being asked to. The shower DID NOT DRAIN at all and shower rod was hanging out of the wall. There was an open, rusted access panel that opened to a dusty space in the wall with pipes. Manager was supposed to call us to follow up but never did. Do not recommend"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Looks can be deceiving, I'll start off with that. The check in process was great and the staff was very nice at the start. I got my room and was about to get settled in but before I do anything I check the bed, I got pink eye once from a hotel bed so I always check it with a blacklight. I noticed some stuff on the bed and I asked to be moved. They were apologetic and moved me to a new room. Not trusting them at this point, I checked it and it was worse than the first. I brought them back to the room and showed them the room and they said "Well if your going to check with a blacklight, none of our rooms will be that clean." WHAT IN THE HELL KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT??? None of your rooms will be clean? For those that don't know, a black light shows stains from bodily fluid and it glows different than the sheet color. This has to be the worst hotel that I have stayed in where not only do they not clean, but their staff doesn't care! They went to the laundry and got me a fresh set of sheets that were clean. I will never be going back to this hotel and I will be contacting Ramada Corporate about this. This is disgusting and they need to be retrained or shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"The young lady who handled the breakfast was a very good worker and the front desk were helpful"
