Quiet Comfort

Nice, comfortable, clean space with friendly service walking distance from cafes, restaurants, the main square & lighthouse where the big waves break. Sweeping panoramic views of the beaches below.

Bathroom was a little smelly - needs some bleach down the toilet or sink. Note you can only check in or out between 09:00am and 18:30 I think.

Residencia de Playa

La residencia esta muy bien puesta, cómoda y a pocas cuadras del mirador. Nos toco fin de semana y esta a 250 metros de un parque de diversiones; después del cierre del mismo, la zona es muy tranquila, y se puede dormir.

It seems out of town but it is actually a short walk to everything in Sitio which is a cable car ride from Nazare. Since it is on the road to the beach, there's a bit of road noise, but it's not an issue. Basic but roomy and everything works. And there is parking, which is a treat.

Me cobraram uma taxa quase igual o valor de uma diária por eu ter saído 2h após a hora do checkout. O hotel estava vazio e o tempo frio e com ventania. Levantei tarde e falei para a pessoa que me atendeu na chegada que ia dar uma volta. Ela acenou com a cabeça mas não me avisou que ia ter esta cobrança absurda. Passei email p o hotel e não aceitaram a retirada da cobrança. Não volto e nem indico. Atendente poderia ser mais comunicativa e a gerência mais flexível. Fato inédito nas minhas viagens.

Good value for money

Simple room, private and quiet. Free wifi and free parking. We had no difficulty with parking, we were able to park right outside the room. There is a small kitchen available to use with a kettle and microwave. We didn't walk anywhere, but it is fairly close to food places and the beach. It is only a six - seven minute drive from the main beach with plenty of dining options. Good value for money staying here. We went just before peak season, so everywhere was a little quiet but imagine this place will be very busy in summer.

Wish I had booked somewhere else

What a disappointment. We booked reading previous reviews and thought the place would meet basic standards since the marks were high. I'm almost thinking the notes were bought, otherwise it means the quality of the place recently dropped critically. The place has aged, the bad is uncomfortable, the duvet had no cover on and was stained, the curtains and stained too, the carpets even lost their colours and are flat from other people stepping on them. The bathroom is super dark and the decoration looks like a cheap one made in the 90s. I travel a lot and stay from chilled surfhouses to very high end hotels, I rarely give bad reviews to the places I stay but I think something has to be done about that place.

チェックイン時間に注意！

チェックイン時間が17：00までとなっているのが要注意。私は予約時点ではそれを見逃していて当日気づいたが、ホテルにようやくたどり着いたのは17：30だった。幸い受付のスタッフがまだ帰らずにいたのでセーフだったが、もう少し遅れていたらアウトだったかも。全部で４部屋程度のこじんまりとした宿泊施設。部屋は小奇麗で、スタッフ（女性）は人あたりは良かった。

Good hotel for the price

Don't expext a 4* here but the hotel is great for $30/ night!! We didn't like the black sheets . Beside that , the kitchen is fully furnished and has coffee, tea , chocolate, milk, fruits ... almost enough to say that there is a light breakfast offered You can walk to the high part of the city and the lighthouse or drive to the beach in 5 mn Enough parking space available Nice decoration in the bedroom Also a nice picnic/ smoking area

Uma delicadeza

Os donos do alojamento local moram no imóvel. Achei o quarto ótimo, banheiro bom, todo equipado, tudo muito limpo. Tem uma cozinha com alguns ítens disponíveis para consumo sem cobrar e achei de extrema delicadeza que tenham deixado tb muffins e frutas. O hotel também fica bem próximo ao Centro turístico de Nazaré e a recomendação que nos foi dada de restaurante era realmente maravilhoso. Pena que só ficamos uma noite, de passagem, mas foi um tempo muito bem aproveitado.
