Nice Beach Vacation

Stayed for a one week vacation. Enjoyed the direct water access in addition to the beach access across the road, as well as restaurants and bars within walking distance (a block or two away).

Loved everything about this little place!! The Condo was perfect as far as comfort. The only suggestion I have is that the ceramic floors needed a really good scrubbing. The bottom of our feet were really dirty and we did not wear our shoes in the house! I would definitely come back to visit! Thank you for having us!!Great job SVR!❤️❤️

Nice place, close walk to beach, distant beach view. The Bayside beach was also pretty. However for families with small children and non- morning people.. they have a 9AM checkout time, which can make your last day a struggle. Over all we loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay!! This condo was very clean and exceeded my expectations!! The beach was just a couple minutes of a walk and the pier was just a couple minute drive up the road for closer parking!! We will definitely be reserving another stay soon!!

This was a great little condo! No frills, but clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location and right across the street from a public beach access. There was also a beach access to the sound side right off our balcony!

When we arrived the ac wasn't working. The host was very responsive and had a technician out within a few hours to fix.

The condo was really nice. But we were not aware of the construction on the outside. We had to pick up nails and screws around our cars. Couldnt use the balony due to construction nor look out one window cover with plastic.

This is a hard review to write. I loved condo and the area. My dissatisfaction is with the Southern Rentals who manages the property for the owner. I felt like I could not relax in the condo . I received numerous emails and texts reminding me not to damage the the property. I felt harassed. Obviously the property had been damaged or Southern Rentals, the management company had to deal with damages to other properties they have managed. I disliked the management's attitude assuming my daughter and I wanted to act improperly while on vacation. My recommendation is that the owner of this lovely property finds a new management co to represent their investment.
