An unfortunate place to stay

If you decide to stay here please don’t plan on doing laundry. It is not self service, it costs more than anywhere else in Chile, and they destroyed a shirt of mine so bad that I can’t wear it anymore. When I asked for a refund I was belittled in front of other guests. Honestly my entire stay there was rather unfortunate and for what you would pay you can get a really excellent room somewhere else in Puerto Natales

das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet , nur ein Schrank hat gefehlt . die Vermieter waren sehr nett , vom Frühstücksraum hatte man eine sehr tolle Aussicht auf die Berge .
