Great Hostel!

I had a great time at Puma House. Juan, the owner, is a great host and gave lots of good advice for Torres del Paine. The place is clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. I highly recommend!

Juan (and his lovely family) is a marvellous host, very kind and always ready to help you. The atmosphere of his guest house is very easy, it’s a pleasure to come back “home” after a day out for excursions in the nice little town and in the whole wonderful area. The little sitting room is very cosy and the kitchen well equipped. Thank you so much Juan, we had a wonderful time!!

We loved it here!!! Such an amazing time - the place is great and the host is lovely, even if he took a second to understand my accent - we would recommend anyone to go!

Juan and Héctor are the best hosts!! I can’t recommend Puma House high enough. The friendly atmosphere they create rubs off on the guests. Such and enjoyable time besides a good nights sleep. You will not be disappointed!! Stay with them!!

Staff was super friendly. They keep the rooms and bathrooms clean at least once a day. They have fully functional kitchen. They also have lockers with the bed units for storage. I kept my luggage safely for 5 nights. And stayed there for 2 additional nights with full comfort.

Juan and Hector were very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and they offer rental gear for people traveling around Patagonia. The only issue we experienced were noisy guests past the quiet hours. Without any of the hosts staying on the premises it forces the other guests to ask people to quiet down but makes things difficult if they do not share the same language. Otherwise, I would happily recommend Puma House to my friends!

El hostel es perfecto por donde sea que se lo mira. La limpieza es excelente, la cocina es amplia, cómoda, tiene todos los utensilios. El baño cuenta con secador de cabello y las duchas tienen espacio para vestirse. La ubicación es ideal porque está cerca de la terminal de buses. En el hostel cuidan todos los detalles, hasta la decoración es muy bonita. También, cuentan con el servicio de alquiler de equipamiento y asesoran muy bien a los pasajeros en relación con las excursiones y los trekking. La atención es de maravillas. Hospedarse aquí es la mejor elección!!!

バスターミナルから徒歩10分。とてもキレイで居心地の良い宿です。朝食付きで、しかも深夜に用意してくれるので朝早い出発でも問題なく食べれます。wifiも速いです。キッチンもあり自炊可能。ツアーも紹介してもらえます。

Great location central to everything , about a 15min walk from the main bus station . Friendly staff and clean and nice rooms, with huge lockers under the bed ( bring your own lock if you want to lock it ) especially good if you have hiking gear .

Best hostel in Puerto Natales

Juan and Andrés were extremely helpful setting up tours and making recommendations. They are authentic and genuinely want their guests to have a memorable trip. The hostel is cozy, clean and really comfortable.
