O estabelecimento é muito bem projetado. Você toma café da manhã de frente para o mar. Às piscinas tem bom acesso. A localização é excelente, bem perto da área comercial de ponta negra.

No geral vale a pena

O hotel é bom, as funcionários alguns sao bem legais, porem outros precisam de uma reciclagem de como tratar o cliente, ser simpático. As piscinas sao geladas. No bar da piscina praticamente n tem musica. O valor das comidas do hotel sao boas. Sugiro melhorar nas toalhas e coberores. O cafe da manha poderia ter m variedade. M é bom. No getal vale a pena.

Pequenos incômodos.

No geral é muito bom. Reparo apenas a toalhas que poderiam se de melhor qualidade e o atendimento difícil no Bar da piscina. E estão fazendo reforma e durante a manhã usando britadeira o que não permitiu gicar a área da piscina enquanto faziam o trabalho toda a manhã. Reclamei aos atendentes e nada aconteceu. Fiz minha reclamação na recepção. Nada que deslustre o hotel, no geral.

Nao recomendo.

Cafe da manha e jantar sao ruins. Tem paes amanhecidos , bolos sao muito seco, a comida falta variedade e e tudo muito cheio de gordura. Edredon desfiando de tao velho. Banheiro cheio de mofo nas paredes A area da piscina precisa de mais manutencao , tem partes bem velhas necessitando de reforma. O lobby do hotel , tem una moveis bem velhos tambem. Falta mais capricho , limpeza e manutencao.

Foram quatro dias de bem estar, atendimento muito bom na chegada e na saida, atendentes bem treinados sempre prontos para nos ajudar, a cozinha perfeita, o bar muito bom, só deixou a desejar os travesseiros muito moles e as cobertas da cama por ser muito porosa e por isso provoca alergia.

Experiência ruim!!!

Uma experiência de razoável para terrível. Apesar do hotel ter uma boa área de lazer e um café da manhã bem completo. A academia é precária, com aparelhos enferrujados e sem manutenção. Meu colchão estava ruim e não tinha outro, pois o hotel estava cheio. Então dormi mal todas as noites. Teve um momento que fui reclamar 3h da madrugada, pois estava demais o desconforto. Pouca flexibilidade para Upgrade, pois fiquei em um quarto sem luminosidade natural e mesmo eu falando que era Gold, não levaram em consideração. Fiz uma reclamação e nem um gerente me deu satisfação. Disseram que meu quarto estava na classificação LUXO, confesso que não entendi esta classificação. Não recomendo!!!
