Muito boa nossa estadia. Fiquei no quarto 209 e lá no quarto de casal de cheiro horrível de urina quando entrava no mesmo. O resto foi muito bom.

Quarto com cozinha

A cozinha do quarto ajuda bastante para quem tem criança. Todos os quartos com vista para o mar. Café da manhã excelente, com destaque para a tapioca recheada feita na hora e a simpatia dos funcionários. A piscina seria mais agradável se fosse menos profunda.

A localização do flat é muito boa.O café da manhã é bom. Devem ser melhoradas as roupas de cama e banho pois estão muito velhas. A cama também. A lixeira do banheiro estava quebrada e velha. Nâo havia um cabide sequer para colocação de roupas de praia. Pequenos detalhes que faz a diferença. Espero numa próxima estadia, estar em condições de avaliá-lo melhor.

Péssima estadia!

Péssima estadia! Nada do que está divulgado no site do hotel confere com o que encontramos lá, exceto a localização. O ar condicionado do não funcionava, a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, os lençóis e as toalhas estavam encardidos, a cozinha do quarto não tinha talheres e nem pratos, o café da manhã foi péssimo do primeiro ao último dia de estadia(a comida era fria, pães duros, frutas murchas...)nem o micro-ondas da cozinha funcionava, além de não ter cadeirinha para criança. Solicitamos um berço para para a nossa filha e só trouxeram por que fomos reclamar, porém estava muito sujo e o colchão era menor que o berço, pedimos que trocassem o colchão e trouxeram outro bem sujo... Reclamamos no segundo dia de estadia e então fomos para outro quarto e tudo que mudou foi o colchão da cama que era um só de casal e o ar condicionado que funcionava, nada mais. É uma pena que um hotel tão bem localizado esteja abandonado, sem nenhuma gestão administrativa, funcionando de qualquer maneira e cobrando caro por um serviço tão ruim.

O hotel não condiz com as fotos. Instalações antigas e precárias. Não possui restaurante, café da manhã a desejar, com "pães dormidos" e manteiga "remexida". Não fornecem sequer toalha para piscina. Quarto cheira a mofo, televisão com imagem ruim. Enfim, o custo-benefício não compensa.

O hotel é bom, mas precisa melhorar os seus serviços. No café da manhã a reposição é muito demorada e a variedade não é muito grande. Um dia me entregaram uma toalha rasgada no quarto.

Fiquei um pouco confusa na chegada, pois o endereço do site não corresponde com a entrada principal, a cama não era de casal e sim duas de solteiro juntas que quando estava deitada começavam a se separar formando um vão entre elas. Porem todo o pessoal de apoio, seja da recepção, limpeza, restaurante, todos muito gentis e educados, só gostaria de deixar como sugestão: que deixassem talheres e uns dois pratos e uns dois copos no quarto.

Hotel muito bom, próximo a balada, bares, zona nobre, restaurante, funcionários do Hotel todos simpáticos e muito educados. Café da manhã muito bom. Piscina muito boa, quartos com visão para o Mar, silêncio pra dormir total,estacionamento muito seguro. Sugestão aumentar a piscina devido ter um terreno enorme no hotel e melhor certos pontos básicos para chegar num 4 estrelas que falta muito pouco.
