Excelente localização

A escolha do hotel foi pelo nome da rede e localização. Mas em Natal ele precisa de reforma. Ponto positivo para o atendimento que é excelente e o café da manhã variado. Outra comodidade é o estacionamento.

No geral, falta manutenção de conservação do próprio imóvel, desde o prédio quanto dos quartos. Muito barulho dos demais aptos, água dos chuveiros, cortina fechando de outro apto (acredito ser de debaixo) e outros barulhos que não é possível identificar de onde vem.

O hotel é antigo. Contratei uma suíte empresarial com 2 quartos. As fotos do site não eram condizentes com a realidade. Em um dos quartos o ar condicionado não funcionava. O da sala também não, embora este último fosse apenas problema de pilha. Trocamos de quarto no meio da madrugada. No novo quarto a geladeira não funcionava. Um funcionário foi e resolveu o problema. As cortinas chamaram atenção pois estavam mofadas em ambos os quartos pelos quais passamos. De positivo, a localização e o café da manhã.

Os quartos precisam de renovação, roupa de cama qualidade ruim. As toalhas tinham 7 anos de USO. Mostrei na recepção. O café da manhã tb precisa de mais atenção, serviço impessoal com organização e disposição dos produtos. Em um dos dias o ar condicionado restaurante deu defeito e foi preciso por um balde no meio do restaurante. Péssima experiência

Perfeito! Adorei a hospedagem, a cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Meu quarto foi maravilhoso, vista para o Morro do Careca, varanda, quarto espaçoso, com utensílios de cozinha. Cama boa, tv era smart, quarto amplo, tinha ferro no quarto e mesa de passar a roupa. Não tinha secador no quarto, mas tem na recepção. Era meu aniversário, e eles se preocuparam com o melhor quarto, e ainda recebi cartinha + mimos com frutas. Café da manhã básico, mas com pães, frios, frutas, iogurtes, café, bolos.

Precisa melhorar muito o estacionamento! Entrada e saída únicas no subsolo... Ingrímes e estreitas...Sem sinalização adequada... Quando desce, tem q orar para não tem ninguém subindo... E quando sobe, orar para não ter ninguém descendo! Melhorar o chuveiro... E poderia ter mais lâmpadas na parte do quarto!
