Muito bom

Gostei muito, simples e aconchegante, a única coisa que realmente precisa melhorar eé o café da manhã, pois no nordeste existe uma grande variedade e nesse quesito deixam a desejar. Mas recomendo, ótimo preço, boa localização e bom atendimento.

Razoável. Vale pelo custo benefício

O elevador não funciona e pelo jeito não vai mais funcionar pq vi gente reclamando disso aqui desde agosto...O chuveiro não esquenta, tem horas q a água é fria mesmo! O colchão tem um declive no meio por conta do uso e por isso lhe "joga pra fora" da cama. Café da manhã praticamente só tem carboidrato, se você chegar faltando poucos quartos pra comer não haverá reposição do que acabou e a moça que fica no café não avisa, mas existe a opção de pedir tapioca, que só descobri porque vi alguém pedir porque ela mal lhe dá bom dia. O estacionamento é na porta ou então tem umas 5 vagas internas... A localização é boa, tem dois acessos, inclusive um sai logo na praia e o pessoal da recepção é atencioso e prestativo.

Exelente Localização

Hotel com uma otima localizacao, tem alguns moveis que precisam ser trocados pois da uma visao de hotel velho. Tive um problema no dia que cheguei pois minha esposa e asmatica e o quarto disponibilizado estava com cheiro forte de mofo. Mas foi resolvido e foi tudo perfeito.

Ótima localização, porta na orla da praia de Ponta Negra, com todo o comércio ao lado. Quarto bem grande e confortável, armários para guardar as roupas, uma mini cozinha e sofá-cama. A única coisa q senti falta foi de um varal de roupas na varanda e espelho no quarto, embora tenha no banheiro. A vista do terraço com piscina é maravilhosa! Adorei!

A localizacao é muito boa, o hotel é bom, quarto amplo e atendimento muito bom, porém está precisando de varias reformas, a limpeza precisa melhorar. O elevador estava quebrado e o estacionamento é minúsculo.

Muito confortável

O quarto é espaçoso, amplo e confortável, tem uma sacada que dá pra ver a praia, muito boa. Só peca um pouco pela acústica, pois os barulhos externos são bem audíveis, o que pode incomodar um pouco. Durante a pandemia, as refeições foram servidas individualmente o que restringe a variedade, mas a comida não deixou de ser saborosa e preparada com cuidado. A localização é razoável, com bom acesso à praia, mas difícil acesso à pé, para restaurantes e supermercados, por exemplo. Gostei muito e voltaria.

Es como un dpto bastante amplio y limpio, bien ubicado frente a la playa de ponta negra. La pileta muy linda. El desayuno no muy bueno tenia pocas cosas. Nos tuvimos que volver una noche antes por la pandemia pero la atencion muy bien

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location right on the beach is nice. But this hotel is badly in need of an upgrade. The mattresses are so old they look like something out of a homeless encampment. There was no hot water, and the room was generally run down and falling apart. The restaurant is mediocre. Fixed furniture features made this otherwise large room feel cramped and hard to navigate.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A light did not work. The WiFi signal was very bad. The customer service staff does not speak Spanish or English, as it says in the characteristics of the hotel. The water in a pool was dirty. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Una luz no funciono. La señal de WiFi era muy mala. El personal de atencion al cliente no habla español ni ingles, como dice en las características del hotel. El agua de una piscina estaba sucia.

O MIRADOR PRAIA HOTEL fica bem localizado, e os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos, mas, não consigo entender como o PROPRIETÁRIO do Hotel mantém TELEVISORES antigos e ultrapassados, com baixíssima qualidade de SOM e IMAGEM nos QUARTOS “Standard”, e, além disso, a TECNOLOGIA do AQUECIMENTO SOLAR dos CHUVEIROS é PRECÁRIA, em dias de NEBULOSIDADE a ÁGUA fica apenas MORNA, fazendo com que pessoas que gostam de BANHO QUENTE fiquem INSATISFEITAS... E o FOGÃO enferrujado e o MICROONDAS ANALÓGICO são muito ANTIGOS... O “Café da Manhã” é REGULAR, apesar da DEDICAÇÃO e EMPENHO dos EMPREGADOS, poderia ser oferecido mais VARIEDADES de FRUTAS e SALGADOS... A “Garrafa Térmica” do CAFÉ apresenta VAZAMENTO, fazendo com que, rapidamente, o CAFÉ esfrie, outro absurdo, o que leva a crer que o PROPRIETÁRIO não quer INVESTIR, mesmo, nos EQUIPAMENTOS e UTENSÍLIOS do HOTEL! E pra finalizar, não entendo como no ”check-in” do HOTEL não é feita a CONFERÊNCIA do que existe no FRIGOBAR e nos ARMÁRIOS dos quartos, colocando TODOS os HÓSPEDES na insegurança em relação ao fato do que vai ser APONTADO como de suas responsabilidades no “check-out”! Enfim, faço estas CRÍTICAS na esperança de que o PROPRIETÁRIO se digne a “abrir a mão” e reinvista um “pouquinho” do MUITO que LUCRA na MODERNIZAÇÃO e ATUALIZAÇÃO do seu próprio PATRIMÔNIO, demonstrando PREOCUPAÇÃO e RESPEITO com seus CLIENTES! As fotos não demonstram a realidade, quarto com mobília velha e tem mofo, banheiro apertado, chão engordurado, não disponibilizam ferro para passar roupa, café não é bom, certo dia o atendente nos deixou esperando fora do hotel pois tinha saído em horário comercial, única vantagem é a localização bem próxima à praia.

Very nice stay

Hotel was very nice by Brazilian standards. Everything worked well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom good size. Hot water never got very warm, but that's ok when you are in the tropics. Pool areas are great. Access to the beach is perfect - right outside the hotel. Breakfast was big and plentiful. I would stay here again!

Localizaçāo perfeita!

Nossa estadia neste hotel foi boa, começando pelo checkin 24h que é muito útil. Os funcionários sāo muito atenciosos e prestativos, o hotel conta com 2 piscinas uma no térreo e a outra na cobertura ótima pra megulhar no fim de tarde e apreciar a linda paisagem do mar e morro do careca em Ponta negra. O café tem algumas opçoes de pāes, bolos e tortas. Ficamos hospedados no andar térreo perto da piscina, dentro do quarto havia um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas os lençois e travesseiros estavam limpos. Há no quarto armario na cozinha com pratos e talheres e copos e microondas disponíveis O hotel tem um portao de acesso para a praia de Ponta Negra, e bem na frente a noite tem feirinha, musica ao vivo e muita muvuca, nota 10.
