Um dos piores hotéis de Manaus.

Acredito que seja um dos piores hotéis de Natal. Cortinas rasgadas, banheiro pingando o tempo todo, a área do café ficou alagada devido a chuva... o hotel fica localizado na Ponta Negra e pelo valor da diária tem hoteis melhores na região.

Localização excelente em Ponta Negra, perto de vários lugares, apartamento muito organizado, muitos itens na cozinha, limpeza impecável, ambiente muito familiar, funcionários amáveis. Amei e voltarei.

Uma decepção

Infelizmente o processo de check in foi bem dificil , exceto pelo otimo atendimento da recepcionista . Informações contraditórias do site com o que oferece a hospedagem, fica longe da beira mar causando transtorno no deslocamento de uma idosa que estava comigo. Só há uma limpeza da acomodação durante toda a estadia , itens de eletrodomésticos mal conservados, microondas sem funcionar !!! Em suma, este padrão de acomodação leva ao cliente uma descredibilidade e mal conceito em reservar com o hoteis,com.

Ma assistência do proprietário

Apesar da boa localização e da área comum ser agradável, o apartamento apresentava alguns problemas. O sanitário do banheiro simplesmente não funcionava!! Nos foi informado pela recepção que não seria possível consertar ou trocar de quarto, já quer deveria ser tratado direto com o proprietário, porém este sequer respondeu!

Falta mantenimiento en el sector de piscina, una sola sombrilla y toda rota, las barandas al margen de faltarle una mano de pintura, barniz, no daban seguridad. El comedor es muy chico y cuando llueve al no tener ventanas, se mojan todas las mesas y sillas. se podía ver el interior de la cocina, donde el artefacto de cocina en su base estaba toda oxidada y podrida, la verdad da muy mal aspecto. Tanto la mesa como las sillas que se encontraban en el balcon de nuestra habitacion tambien le faltaba mucho mantenimiento, el tapizado todo roto. tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las sabanas porque estaban muy gastadas y agujereadas. no teníamos una cobija y el cubrecama era de una plaza colocado en forma horizontal con machas de oxido, o te cubrías los pies o te cubrías la espalda, por lo cual tuvimos que pedir uno mas. las toallas todas deshilachadas y muy viejas, y para colmo te las cambian cada dos dias. tanto el cesto de basura del baño, como el de la cocina no funcionaba el pedal para abrir. No tienen caja de seguridad. la verdad deprimente, a este hotel no volvemos nunca mas.
