Friendly but extremely bare

Extremely friendly people. Good breakfast. But the room is absolutely bare: one bed, bedsheets and one towel that is changed every 3 days, nothing else. No hair dryer, no face/hand towel, no bed side table for small belongings, no safe. We moved to another hotel. Their website fooled us

Gostei muito! Com uma entrada bem simples e até um pouco difícil de encontrar, não dá pra ter noção como lá dentro é lindo. O paisagismo foi muito bem aproveitado. Quartos com rede na varanda e banheiro grande. Área comum cheirosa e da pra ouvir pássaros cantando. Só aumentaria a cama e deixaria interruptor mais fácil pra quem entra no quarto escuro. Como sugestão, colocaria mais opções no café. No mais, voltaria e recomendo!

O hotel é bonito na parte de fora dos quartos, porém os quartos nao sao tao confortáveis. Só tem apenas uma tomada no quarto, e para ligar a liz do banheiro tem que ir na parte do espelho. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MUITO FRACO, QUASE NAO TEM NADA, AS VEZES SÓ UM FUNCIONÁRIO PARA DAR CONTA DE TUDO( OU SEJA, TODOS SOBRECARRWGADOS E PELO VISTO NAO TEM UM GERENCIAMENTO PARA FAZER AS MELHORIAS ), AS CADEIRAS E MESAS DO CAFÉ SÃO TODAS DE PLÁSTICO, OS PÃES SAO VELHOS, OS BOLOS TBM E POUQUÍSSIMAS VARIEDADES DE OPÇÕES, É QUASE NADA MESMO! Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos (exceto um que fica a noite). Café da manhã é simples mas gostoso e suficiente com certeza! A piscina é uma delícia! A colchão vai de gosto rs...achei macio demais. A localização é boa, perto da ponta do Morro do Careca, que é o único ponto onde é possível tomar banho de mar devido a engorda da praia de Ponta Negra. Porém o acesso à praia é por uma descida/subida daquelas rs. A rua/bairro a noite não é muito amistoso aos olhos, embora não tenhamos visto nem sofrido nada de violência. (Dizem que é tranquila a região). Ponta Negra fica bem no meio dos principais passeios ao Norte e Sul do Litoral (Genipabu e Pipa) então achei um bom lugar para ficar para quem pretende fazer os passeios. Se a ideia é só curtir praias e sossego, sugiro ficar em Pirangi ou outra praia menor e mais sossegada.

Quarto confortável, piscina boa, equipe prestativa, estrutura antiga, estacionamento fica fora do hotel, sendo necessário atravessar uma avenida movimentada, café da manhã razoável, mesma opção de café todos os dias, pouca tomada disponível no quarto, chuveiro não tem regularem de temperatura, ou é quente ou é frio. Perto da orla de ponta negra, porém não dá pra ir andando.

Acomodações simples. Se é o que está buscando não terá problemas. Equipe esforçada, porém é necessário manutenções nas instalações e melhorias no enxoval de hotelaria. A limpeza ocorre diariamente, as trocas das toalhas de dois em dois dias. Não disponibilizam toalhas de rosto e nem de praia/piscina. Café da manhã bem regional.

Eu particularmente gostei da hospedagem em sim, porém pecaram em um fator que acho primordial a questão da segurança ao engraçar no hotel, n foi pedido nem uma documentação e entrei com duas crianças de menores e não foi pedido documentação alguma.., outra coisa que não fiquei muito satisfeita foi com o café da manhã acho que não entregaram o que prometeram!

O hotel é bem natureza, parece um vilarejo, localiza-se bem próximo à praia de Ponta Negra e Morro do Careca. A única parte ruim foi que o ar condicionado, mesmo com a temperatura no 16, não resfriava o quarto totalmente.

Gostei muito da estadia bom atendimento da recepção, ótima limpeza, minha irmã e cunhado adoraram. Supermercado perto e barato, bairro movimentado sem violência e com presença da polícia na praia morro do careca e bastante movimentada, comércio ótimo. Valeu, ótimo passeio.

This property is ok for2 days max. The location is inconvenient if you want to access the beach area. You need to walk dow a big hill to reach the beach area. House keeping is only available every two days. Guest and stuff use loud speakers all the time. Is pretty annoying. The room doesn't have any furniture to store your small belongs like cell phone. No night stands.
