Hotel está em reforma e não tem nada haver com as fotos da estrutura do hotel, não tem toalha nem sabonete, o quarto é ótimo, os funcionários também e localização é muito boa

Bom

Água fria e funcionario da noite totalmente desinteressado. Parecia estar fazendo um penoso favor em atender. Mas a senhora da manhã compensou tudo, muito simpática, inclusive deixou ficar as malas no quarto alem da hora prevista. Boa localização. Quarto bem grande.

Muito decepcionado! Péssima administração do Hotel. Fui com minha família e ao chegar lá nos realocaram para outro hotel Jardim Oceânico, que é uma casa com mobílias velhas. Foi um transtorno. Eu não aceitei a mudança. Uma parte de minha família ficou nesse Jardim Oceânico e eu fui para o Antibes. Me colocaram no quarto 005, 006 e outros do térreo. O ar condicionado não funcionava, cheiro forte de mofo, com móveis de madeira com mofo. Mau cheiro. Toalhas e lençóis encardidos e bem desgastados. No dia seguinte me transferiram para o 201. Lá os lençóis e toalhas permaneceram encardidos. No segundo dia faltou água durante a manhã toda até o início da tarde. Absurdo! Café da manhã ruim! Péssimo. O quarto 201 não tinha cheiro. Café da manhã muito fraco! Hotel com aspecto de velho! Mobília desgastada! Colchão duro. Televisores pré históricos. Não deviam receber status de hotel, pois nem pousada é. Me arrependi muito! O preço não vale a pena!!!! Percebi um certo descaso e stress dos funcionários com a administração. Ressalto o ótimo atendimento da Marlene no Jardim Oceânico e da Roberta e Taciana da recepção do Antibes é camareira Nilda do Antibes. Muito gentis. Tentaram me ajudar. Mas o hotel é péssimo e sei que os funcionários não têm culpa, pois a administração é péssima!!! Não recomendo jamais!!! Péssimo! Horrível!!! A hotéis.com deveria descredenciar. É um.absurdo! Além.disso tudo o chuveiro elétrico não funcionou. Eu pedi para consertar e não adiantou. Gente, decepcionado!

Hotel com bom atendimento e limpeza.

O hotel possui uma boa localização, sendo duas quadras distante da Praia de Ponta Negra. Como fui a passeio desacompanhada, isso se tornou um ponto positivo por não precisar andar muito tempo para chegar a locais desejados. Próximo ao hotel, existe os famosos food truck, com excelentes comidas. Recomendo! Duas excelentes feirinhas, com artesanato e restaurantes. Pelo preço me agradou. Fiquei hospedada em um quarto pouco convidativo, sem muita decoração. O andar também deixou a desejar, sendo praticamente no "sótão", já que a recepção do hotel fica no terceiro andar e o meu apartamento ficava no primeiro andar. Contudo, o atendimento são de qualidade e a limpeza dos quartos é excelente.

Muito bem localizado, porém falta um pouco de investimento para se adequar a um bom hotel. Aparelhos de ar condicionados barulhentos, portas das sacadas sem vidros para iluminação natural. Cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Mobiliário mau conservado. Cozinha sem utensílios. Entrada para a garagem de difícil utilização. Enfim um bom prédio de hotel mas nota-se a falta de uma boa administração e um pouco mais de investimento. Um indício inicial é o endereço do hotel que não identifica a recepção.

Café da manhã pobre e repetitivo. Só dois tipos de pães, os quentes eram frios, bolos amanhecidos e sucos muito fracos. Condição higiênica da sanduicheira ´muito ruim.
