Great Ponta Negra Beach location near Morro do Careca. Beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools, with mature mango, Caju, Jambu fruit trees and tropical flowers. Uppermost chalets require a vigorous uphill walk. Excellent views of the ocean and Morro do Careca. Good restaurant, breakfast, helpful staff!

Veru pleasant stay at this hotel. They have good options at the restaurant with reasonable prices, entertainment, good free breakfast, sauna, and a nice small game room. When booking, be aware of the location of the room, the high up ones can be quite the walk up, but with amazing views. They also have a photography service, rental car booth, excursion booth and clothing store. Staff was amazing they were always so helpful. Our room was a little outdated compared to our friend's, but it was comfy and clean.

Esperava mais pelo valor. Acomodaçoes emsua maioria de acesso dificultoso por estarem dispostas em local em aclive. Há uma espécie de "carrinho de golfe" para transporte, mas quem o dirigia náo foi esclarecido na recepção. Box do banheiro náo se mostrava em perfeitas condições pois notava-se em alguns rejuntes e vedaçoes em silicone enegrecido por limo. Necessário ao sair deixar varanda fechada pela facilidade de acesso por ela através do quarto vizinho. Durante eventos no restaurante havia somente um garçon para todos na área da piscina. Muito bom, o que mata é a subida!

Acomodação e linda. Pessoal muito atencioso, a moça da tapioca é uma fofa. Muito querida!! Adoramos o show de mágica da quinta à noite!! O ponto fraco do hotel é: as fileiras 4 a 6 são bem distantes e a inclinação é gigante. Colocaram-nos na 6!! Era literalmente uma luta pra subir! E o carrinho que dizem disponibilizar, você tem que pagar por cada vez que usar, além disso, dizem que só funciona até as 21h. Realmente pesa na hora de escolher, a subida é bem íngrime. Cansa mesmo. Fora esse detalhe, muito bom hotel, vista do mar e do morro do careca!

O lugar é lindo, grande, com um jardim muito bem cuidado e pessoas incríveis que atenderam a gente. A única coisa é que eu perdi uma canga que estava estendida na varanda do meu quarto e lá é um local de muitas escadas. Se ficar em um quarto alto se prepare para subir e fazer muitos exercícios!

O hotel realmente é excelente, acolhedor e passa um clima de uma fazenda antiga. O quarto que reservei deveria ter visão para a praia, no entanto tinha visão para a recepção do hotel. A localização é boa, apesar de ter acesso um pouco complicado, sem sinalização. O banheiro precisa ser melhorado, janelas difíceis de fechar, descarga deficiente de água na bacia. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas os pequenos detalhes mencionados acima mancham a imagem do hotel.

Ficamos na sexta fileira, muito cansativo,para descer para piscina ou ir para praia. Teve um dia ao subir quase passei mal. No nosso apartamento o ar condicionado, não estava funcionando bem, e teve dois apagões que disparou geral, e tivemos que mudar de quarto.
