部屋が1Fで庭があり恐竜がいるので他の部屋の方も庭であそぶのですがこちらの部屋を覗いてくる方が多く女の人などは安心できない。 夕食の時間になり会場にいったら綺麗な会場でここかと思いきや別室の宴会場に何故か案内され子汚く暗くジメッとした雰囲気が漂い最悪でした。 普通ホテルの楽しみって夕食が一番肝心なのだとおもいますがあれは如何なものでしょうか。 55000円もだして蟹やステーキとかお寿司もなくドリンクサーバーも有料1人550円、その上壊れていてコーラやジンジャエール等全ての飲み物が薄くて飲めた物ではなく何回もスタッフに言ったが対処されずに放置。 食べ終えたあたりで他の会場からお持ちしましょうか？と言われたが遅すぎて要らない。 そんな状況下でよくドリンク注文用紙にサインしてくれと頼めるものだ。 このドリンクの件は次の日ロビーの受付に抗議したら返金の対応をしていただいたが折角の夕食の気分が台無しです。 自分達だけならともかく親とかを連れて行ったのにあんな暗くて雰囲気の悪い会場は2家族で合計125000円も払っているのにあり得ない。 朝食の会場は綺麗だったのになんであんな汚く暗くて雰囲気の悪いところに案内されなきゃいけないのか。 二度と行きません。

とにかく不満だらけだった

チェックインして部屋に入るとテレビの上には蜘蛛の巣が張り，念のために他を見てみると入口には蜘蛛が歩いていた。 夕方になり，フロント横の廊下に並んでいる浴衣を選んだが，帯がなく，フロントの人にきくと「ただいま帯をきらしてまして・・・。」と言う返答。帯がなくてどうやって浴衣を使えというのか！ エレベーター横の階段で部屋に向かおうとしたら，階段が所々汚れていてシミだらけだった。中には濡れているところもあった。 部屋の階の製氷機コーナーを使おうとしたら，コップが全部汚くて使えなかった。 今回１食（朝食）付きで予約をしていたが，近隣に良さそうな飲食店がないため，ホテルの夕食をお願いしようとしたら夕食だけで一人７１５０円と言われ，２食付きの予約だと差額は３０００円位なのに，後付けの夕食代があまりにも高すぎる。 那須高原の式場で家族の結婚式があるために利用したのだが，着付け等の都合で７時半までに式場に行かなければならいのに朝食が７時からで，食べられなかった。他のホテルと比べて朝食が遅い。
