Charming cottage on 65 rolling acres

  • Our charming farm cottage has been totally restored and renovated to modern amenities. It's ready for you to come and visit. Once a working farm away from it all, we still have the acreage, but now it's only 2 miles from the city! Major shopping just down the street includes Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Chico's, Dick's Sporting Goods, JoAnn's Crafts, JC Penney, Belk and many, many more in Providence Place of Mt. Juliet, TN. Major grocery stores as well as a large movie theatre are here as well.

    If Nashville is where you're heading, we are located 1 mile from Davidson County. 2 miles to I-40 and then only 14 miles to downtown.

    If you want to get away and relax, walk our property to our beautiful pond and go for a paddle boat ride, swing, fish, or picnic. Horse stables are just 2 farms down the road!
