We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view and location were spectacular. The pictures don't do the inside of the property justice- it is very clean and tastefully decorated. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!

We had a great time except for trying to park at the Block Island ferry. We ended up walking from the condo. Next time we’ll reserve with Spothero. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and well equipped unit.

Easy and comfortable! Walkable to beach and close to point Judith village. Check out should be 11 or check in at 3 but other than that it was ideal for our 3 night getaway!

great beach vacation for family

The deck vows of the inlet marsh was beautiful, bird, wildlife, and sunsets. Close to 3 beaches. Sand Hill Cove is very close, but Salty Brine State Beach is our favorite. Great for kids. tThe house was recently updated and imaculate. We loved it and will be back soon.

Our short stay for graduation was very pleasant. The unit was clean, light and comfortable (bonus for providing linens and items such as dish soap...ect). The hosts were responsive and helpful. And the location was great, though it was a little chilly to use the beach during our stay we took the short walk to the beach.

Bird Sanctuary

This was a wonderful and very Clean Beach House with a beautiful view in backyard. Great place to see a sunset. Beds were comfy.. nicely equipped…we all enjoyed. I was only able to stay 4 night. We wish a week was available. Excellent neighborhood for walks at night.. very peaceful and a short walk to the beach.

Fun beach vacation

Beautiful view from back deck including fireworks July 3,4 and 5th! Salty Brine beach and Georges of Galilee are less than a 5 minute drive Sit on the beach and watch boats coming in and out Great mudslides too! Roger Wheeler was walkable but red tide was a problem there Easy ferry ride to Block island Champlains doesn’t disappoint with gluten free chowder and raw bar Many great restaraunts in the area Be sure to make reservations or buy lobsters off the boat and cook at home The property was sparkling clean and beds were really comfy ! I’d recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation !

Narragansett condo

Absolutely beautiful views of the bird marsh/ sanctuary from the second-floor balcony. The condo was spotless furnished with new appliances, comfortable beds, overhead fans and ample, pillows, blankets and sheets. The stairs going up the second-floor condo was a little tricky in the rain and the back sensor light may need to be adjusted so it goes on earlier to avoid any mishaps. The outside porch light needs to be turned on from inside ( had to turn the light bulb from outside to turn it on). I would also suggest clearly marking 3 because it is in the back of the building, to avoid any confusion.. We enjoyed out stay and were very comfortable. It felt very homey.
