Exceptional stay in a prime location: The hotel enjoys an outstanding location just minutes from the train station and Aeon Supermarket, surrounded by shops and restaurants in a safe area. The staff were highly professional and attentive. The hot spring facilities were excellent, with thoughtful touches such as complimentary ice cream and evening drinks. I stayed for six nights, and on some days the bed linens were not changed. Minor train noise was also noticeable at times. Overall, a refined and satisfying stay.

朝食に茶粥が出る思っていたが七草粥だった。 七草粥などどうでもよかった。 本当にどうでも良かった。 ホテルの朝食で出ると思っていたから、前日に店で頼まなかったのに。 次に奈良に来るのはいつになるか。 茶粥を食べるためだけには恐らく来ないだろう。 それほどお粥に興味があるわけではない。 実は、10年ぐらい前に、春日大社近くで食べたことがある。 その時は、ふーんこれが茶粥か、ぐらいにしか思わなかった。 どうやら自分でも意外に思うほど、ホテルの朝食で茶粥をたくさん食べることを楽しみにしていたようだ。 残念でならない。 それ以外はとても良いホテルだと思う。 素晴らしいサービスだったと思う。 だが、次は別のホテルに泊まることだろう。

朝ごはんを早く食べさせろと順番を待たずに詰め寄る日本人女性、幼い子どもを何人も連れて朝ごはんを食べに来ている若い夫婦もイライラしており、スタッフの方に悪態付いていた。明らかに傲慢な態度でひどかった。 お客さんの質の悪さに驚いたが、若いスタッフは毅然とした態度で、悪い雰囲気を出さないように対応していました。 素晴らしかったです。 ヘアゴムなど部屋のアメニティの外袋が汚れていたので、取り替えて欲しいです。
