Overcharged prices for their laundry services to do self laundry $3.50 for a wash and $3.50 for a dryer that doesn't work properly? Or dry your clothes thoroughly, had to be separated from the family because what was advertised through Expedia was not what we received should get a total refund one of the refrigerators we reported to get fixed and never was fixed or replace so all our food went bad couldn't really cook anything on the mini kitchenette? They have a lot of people living there that are displaced either from a hurricane or living off government assistance from the Biden regime. No ice machine totally not worth the price that we paid because it was not as advertised. Definitely not safe with a lot of people walking in and out of the doors that are not locked properly. The staff when we checked in were amazing they know they have their cards stacked against them and because they work hard and need a good job they continue to work and deal with the discrepancies of this facility and the leadership and upgrades that are needed and just the overall cleanliness of the place is a one out of five.

This property is a worry free property for any female traveling alone. Its clean, and safe. Only no restaurant on site. Some noisy guess but that is common in any hotel.

Next time I would avoid going out at night and there were small cockroaches in the rooms too. The hotel staff is quite friendly and they do their job well.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. rooms are nearly perfect for living for extended stay. adequate fridge (large). 2 burner electric cooktop with fan. large microwave, cabinets/storage/shelves/desktop all pretty good. one downer is no dishwasher/or any utensils/cookware which you would probably expect (but cheap walmart set will suffice). Cleaning every 2 weeks is offered, i think it should be 1x per week (that seems more sanitary). you have to change your towels/sheets if you want it more frequently, but they will give it to you. You have to bring your trash to dumpster yourself. This is a no frills extended stay, no amenities and limited services to keep the price down. but then again, the price is pretty amazing especially when booked by week or month. Rooms fairly quiet it seems, but also don't really know how many people are directly around you. A/c are adequate but fans are louder because they are the in-wall style (not central) under exterior windows, so thats a little annoying. beds comfortable (again not high dollar obviously, but not the old grandma beds with printed flowers and metal springs that are 6" thick). common areas are kept clean and A/C is cold. Parking is adequate as it shares parking with other hotels too. great location on/off 75 in less than a minute. Laundry is onsite too is helpful for like $4 a load or so and takes credit cards (not the old coin laundry). Floors are laminate-no carpeting. Spot for clothes is open closet concept-cubby shelves.

DO NOT COME HERE, stay away from this place. TERRIBLE OVERALL. Just safe yourself the time. We had to leave the moment we checked in. It was just such a horrible experience.

The unit I was given had no hot water. That is unacceptable. However, staff quickly corrected this and moved me into a unit that did. This appears to be a motel that mostly caters to extended stay guests.

This hotel is extremely deceiving. Beware of photos as they look exceptional. The service provided as a guest was extremely disappointing. Staying at the Woodspring Suites Naples West was a terrible experience. Everywhere else in Naples you get exceptional service and you’re treated as a local. The reason why this hotel stays in business is because they’re in a prestigious area and they have lower hotel rates. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $300 and head across the street. The overnight staff/manager is rude and very unhelpful. We were originally put into a room with no heat room 329. Then the next day of our stay the elevator was broken we had to haul up 3 flights of stairs with a baby and all of our belongings. The hotel will not provide additional towels. If you want fresh towels you must take your dirty towels to the front desk to have them replaced. The hotel does not provide you with any standard necessities such as a hair dryer or an iron. A motel provides you with more than this place. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful area.

The room was minimal to say the least. Metal bed frame with uncomfortable mattress. Chair in the room was peeling with multiple scratch marks all over it, assuming someone had a cat in the room at one time as the scratch marks looked to have been made by a cat. It felt like a hostel or rooming house. For this kind of room the price was ridiculous.
