Boutique hotel recommended

Locating the hotel was not easy, better signage is required though been told by hotel building signage is restricted by council. Once found on 1st floor via 1920s lift very charming. Hotel is modern boutique like the photos. Room was comfortable. Location is central.

This is a very good hotel in a building housing other businesses. We were a little concerned upon arrival because the immediate surroundings are somewhat chaotic. However the hotel itself is peaceful, the breakfast good, and the staff helpful. The area around the hotel grew on us! There’s an interesting market across the street where the locals shop. And it is indeed chaotic but has its own charm!

Loved our stay here! Staff were always happy to help and the decor throughout the hotel was tasteful. Location is ideal, walkable to the port, very close to metro station and there's a taxi rank directly in front of the property. You're also within a 15-20 minute walk to Naples major attractions such as the Archeological Museum and Duomo. Highly recommend it here.

Location: We loved staying near Piazza Carità. It was close to many areas of interest and the metro. It was also extremely lively and walkable. Property: Clean and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and it meant we would miss a night at the hotel. They were super helpful in adjusting our booking. A hassle-free experience. Special thanks to Expedia support for helping with this. Overall, had a great time and would stay again.

Gave it 3 stars because although it wasn’t the most comfortable stay, the room was clean and the staff was great, but definitely not worth what we paid. Pros: relatively good location, great staff (breakfast staff especially, were great), good breakfast, clean room. Cons: located in a plaza that had a lot of homelessness and they do approach you. Inconvenient if you’ll be out late - there is a gate that gets locked in front of the building during the evening, and if a staff member is not there when you call, you’re stuck outside. The room was SO WARM even when they tried to fix it, it didn’t make a difference. Safe in room didn’t work.

Nice, modern style hotel less than 10 min walk to Galleria Umberto. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice especially the lady that works the dining room during breakfast. The breakfast is basic eggs, bacon, ham breads, pastries, juices and cheeses. The walls in my room had a lot of scuff marks, I’m assuming from people’s luggage hitting the walls. There are a few marks on the bed linen and towels but I could tell they were clean. The proximity to the Main Street (Via Toledo) and square outside the front of the hotel was awful for me. All of the rooms face the street which is a very busy active street and square with vendors, families, emergency services and sirens, motorcycles, etc all day and night. It was very had for me to sleep with all the commotion going on out front sometimes until 3am. I had to sleep with 2 pair of AirPods (pros and maxes) on the 1st night. I spent hours the next day on the hunt for ear plugs. One of the front desk clerks tried to tell me the rooms are new and sound proof but I just smiled and said no, the rooms may have been renovated but definitely not sound proof. My last night I could hear the shower going from the next room over. There’s a giant metal gate at the front entrance of the building. When the gate slams close its very loud and to me sounds like a gunshot. My room was next to reception, directly over this metal gate and throughout each night it was bang after bang. I would stay here again but I would have to bring earplugs.

This hotel is located inside a building with other tenants. Entrance requires a code to the building. The ad in Expedia represented a 24 hour airport shuttle - there is no such shuttle. The hotel arranges for an airport transfer at a hefty fee. Breakfast begins at 7. I was leaving at 630 when the food was already laid out and I asked if I could grab some morning pastries and was told no. The rooms are big and clean and decorated in a very simple and simple manner - no couch or chair.

Impossible to find at night. We went up and down the block 5x before I called them to point me to their gate. Area outside not clean and looked a bit shady with many different characters. Staff is nice and professional. Hotel room was very clean and modern. Building elevators require you to open multiple doors as if I am living in 1980. Honestly I wouldn't come here again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Naples. The only problem they have are serious construction issues. We had been assigned three rooms with severe issues before we finally got a good room. In the first room, the window fell out of the frame after opening it. Second room could not be opened, and the AC was broken. Third room could be opened, but inside it was terribly hot - AC was out of order. Fourth room was good. However, the staff was very kind and coped well with the situation.

Hidden gem, perfectly positioned.

We found this hidden gem when we were let down by another stay and had to book very last minute. From the start we found ourselves landing on our feet. Helpful friendly staff in a small, secure hotel within a multi service building, Soul Art Hotel is ideally positioned between the Spanish Quarter and the western end of the Spaccanapoli. Walkable to all main sights, and immersed in Neapolitan energy. Due to our circumstances we also stayed in their sister property within the same building; Piazza Carita Boutique Hotel. A small but tasty breakfast buffet accompanied by perfect cappuccini served in the Soul Art whether staying there or the Boutique sister. Both are separated by just 2 floors and the building foyer. We wouldn’t hesitate to choose either again. On a practical note, many hotels in Naples are within multi purpose buildings and therefore sometimes not obviously marked. You can find this property by standing in Piazza Carita and facing Burger King. Number 32 is clearly marked to the right of BK. Check in is likely to be time sensitive according to building concierge hours so it’s worth checking the booking info for that.

Arredamento molto bello, pulizia ottima e personale molto gentile e sempre presente. La camera in cui ero non era molto insonorizzata e si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni. Colazione discreta, sia dolce che salata. Consiglio di mettere delle ciabatte monouso nelle camera in quanto non presenti ma molto utili. I kit cortesia in bagno risultano piccoli e in plastica: l’introduzione di dispenser ricaricabili migliorerebbe comfort e attenzione alla sostenibilità.

Es un hotel muy céntrico justo en medio de la zona centro y la zona de Chiaia muy cerca del puerto. El hotel es nuevo, las habitaciones son muy amplias y tienen todos los servicios y detalles muy modernos, sin embargo, es solo un piso de un edificio viejo. Todo Nápoles es muy caótico, cuando llegas al hotel te sientes en tu refugio. El personal muy amable. Aunque hoy tuvieron lleno total y se acabó el desayuno, pero no me lo cobraron. Gracias por todo

A entrada do hotel assusta um pouco, pois o mesmo fica no primeiro andar de um prédio comercial, mas ao chegarmos no andar do hotel, que fica no piso um, já ficamos encantados. Hotel lindo, moderno, instalações confortáveis a obras de arte espalhadas por todos os lados. Atendentes extremamente solícitos e educados em especial a barista que preparava nosso café de forma exclusiva e personalizada todos os dias e sempre nos tratava com maior gentileza e simpatia. Roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, quarto Limpo e clean. Amamos muito! Sem falar que a localização do hotel é muito boa, conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé. Área extensa de comércio e restaurantes nas imediações. Super recomendo!!!
